Anon123: Thank you so much for your response. In response to what you said. 1. I plan to demostrate stronger home ties to Nigeria by using my spouse and children. Plus my shares that are worth N10 Million. 1.a I do not have other form of finances apart from the shares I own. 1.b I have the birth certificate of my sibling, I believe it is enough. 2. I do not have a full time job so no regular income. I work as a freelancer online and income is not that regular. Do I have a good chance to still get study visa considering my situation? @Lekiboboe's @Makano @justmellow @frankrobbn1 @Anon123 |

Hello gurus in the house and everyone. I have gotten admission at a Canadian college and want to apply for study visa but have some issues and concern. I have a sibling in Canada that is willing to sponsor me and has made part payment of my fees. 1. Do I have a good chance of getting a study visa if my sponsor is based in Canada? Can my sibling and their spouse be used as my sponsor or only my sibling? 2. I am married with kids so plan to use my family as home ties. Is this enough? 3. I work as a freelancer and do not have regular monthly inflow of funds to my bank account, but I have shares of Nigerian stocks worth N10 million. Will this be a red flag as I do not have pay slips to submit? I look forward to your responses. Thank you. @Lekiboboe's @Makano @justmellow @frankrobbn1 |
