Are you constipated most times? If yes to above question, you most likely dealing with hemorrhoids, what layman calls pile.

The solution to it, begins by taking a lot of fibres and increase water intake. You can also do sit bath, that is putting salt in warm water inside large bow and sit on it twice daily for 2 weeks.
