BUSHFELLOW see this is why I have issues with people like you. How can you say I am not sincere about this issue? I do strongly agree

with my adversary Big B1, a president need experience to rule a diverse nation like Nigeria. Okotie is a preacher, what challenges does

or has he been faced with beside telling people repent and you will enter the kingdom of heaven?

How is he going to bridged the rivalry between the Muslim and the Christian in the north?

What is he going to do about the Delta crisis/

How is he going to redeem Nigeria image in the international world?

you can't be wishy washy and just wake up one day and say I think I want to be president. He should've campained for

senatorial or governorship post before going for the presidency. that would have given him some experience and exposure to the

nature and challenges that a president or a public official faces.

Nigerian have come a long way and we need leader with vision, compassion, experience and God fearing to lead us to the next generation
Politics / Re: Just In Case Ibb Wins by Odeku(m): 7:17pm On Nov 16, 2006
ajolayo you are useless, and for you to come st me with that cheap point is even crazy? you vote for IBB and your generation for the

next 50 years will suffer. They will eat from Dust Bin just like Umaru DIkko predicted, and again, you are only 24 years old which means

when IBB was working and doing his evil deeds in Nigeria you were still trailling behind your mom to the market to sell kuli kuli. a word is

enough for the wise, so its better you say nothing at all if you have nothing better to say.
Politics / Re: Ibb, Nigeria's Next President by Odeku(m): 7:09pm On Nov 16, 2006
Its not about hating the guy, all he had to do was said he is sorry for his mistakes, but I guess you can't apologise if you cant even see that you've done wrong.
Politics / Re: Nigerian Politicians Are Corrupt Becuase Nigerians Are Corrupt by Odeku(m): 5:49pm On Nov 16, 2006

Politics / Re: Leave Ibb Alone, How Much Were You Paid? by Odeku(m): 5:42pm On Nov 16, 2006
interesting, but some of our leaders are already rich, why can't they stand and fight for the poor? why are they not speaking on this issue?

Why is the presidency. EFCC not scrutinizing all IBB accounts and dealings? was his father khashoggi or sultan of Brunei?

What was the balance in his account before 1985?

how did he become so rich over night?

I need cold water before i explode.
Politics / Re: Leave Ibb Alone, How Much Were You Paid? by Odeku(m): 5:17pm On Nov 16, 2006
This issue is too complected, I am staying out off it, Big B1  just reading what Mr Okosun said is pissing me off, and I am trying to be

civilized by not acting on my emotions, I might be back after drinking some cold water to tell you what I think of Sunny Okosun.

If I may refresh your memory  do you remember ABIOLA was a close friend to IBB and Mariam?

He was betrayed and yet a prominent man like Okosun to make a bewildering statement like that is shocking.

One of my best friend an IGBO man told me yesterday that some Nigerians are proud but they have no pride.  I was confused and still confused by what he meant.  He said everyone has a price and any person in Nigeria can be bought with the right amount of money.  I was shocked by that statement. I am looking at the current developments in Nigeria, IBB went to picked us just application, and some of the dignitaries that went to the PDP office is baffling, now we have a preacher that should be preaching the ten commandments saying leave IBB alone.  Well MR OKUSUN if IBB becomes president and jail you and you get poison in jail, will it be appropriate if we tell your children to go to sleep and eat pepper soup because their beloved father is dead?  IBB is paying people through his entourage, people do not forget he is a dribbler, and we will stop and disgrace this toothless general.
Politics / Re: Nigerian Politicians Are Corrupt Becuase Nigerians Are Corrupt by Odeku(m): 4:24pm On Nov 16, 2006
end of the month, Hafsat is moving a big campaign against IBB we will stop this toothless general by all means. If the senators try to rig this election, them and their family will not have peace. This time around we are saying no to old politicians, no to corruption, and we need a credible and good intention candidate to take us to the promise land.

Politics / West African Students Denounce Ibb’s Presidential Bid by Odeku(m): 2:28pm On Nov 16, 2006
West African Students Union (WASU) yesterday, opposed General Ibrahim Babangida’s presidential ambition, describing him as “undeserving, and anti-democratic.”

WASU President, Dan Onjeh, at a media briefing in Abuja said, “with a membership of over 60 million students, we are determined to shift the gaze of the entire world to the 2007 elections in Nigeria.

Onjeh alleged that IBB institutionalised and legalised corruption in his eight years of military rule.

“He is yet to account for the over 12 billion U.S. dollars Gulf War oil windfall which accrued during his regime”, he said.

He added that Babangida was yet to dispel allegations of his culpability in the gruesome” murder of Dele Giwa, founding Editor-In-Chief of Newswatch Magazine

He said if sanity must be entrenched in the national polity, political parties have a major role to play to checkmate its candidates and aspirants.

Onjeh recalled that during IBB’s failed transition regime, there was ban on all those tagged recycled politicians under the pretext of creating the platform for new breed politicians.
He said posterity was about to judge IBB for the annulment of the June 12, 1993 presidential elections.

He expressed the view that Nigeria must be rid of all undeserving and corrupt, incompetent and antidemocratic leaders.

WASU is an umbrella body of students in the sub-region and its objectives include promoting democracy and good governance across the region.

Interesting he can ban all old politicians but yet he wants to come back. cool
