Please can personal details on a COS be substituted for another person's details where an applicant failed to get visa approval?
I need an urgent reply, pls!

U will get both cos and sponsor licence ..u need both for visa apllication..some will even do you a screen shot of the UKVI page where they applied for your COS as a form of document representing your COS...[/quote]

You will write application letter at the NIS office, the format is on their wall,and it's very easy. Take along all printed documents you downloaded from the site,while applying. Go with old passport if its renewal, and if fresh application, go with guarantor's form fully signed and stamped where necessary, with photocopy of guarantor's passport data page. Every other thing needed to be done, will be passed across to you while opening a file at the NIS office.

I was the only person with DIY process out of everyone sitted beside me on capture date.


To save yourself unnecessary headache,get a passport now that you aren't planning to travel or use it.

I'm due for my capture soon. I saw on the documents I need to bring along an application letter. Does it mean I have to write an application letter? I don't want to get there and be tossed about by them. Please help with the information on documents to submit.

Note that your agent will no longer have access to your account anymore as a result of this activity. You would be asked to fill a form disassociating yourself from the agent and submit along the process.
