yes,sanwo can if they are Lagos State citizen transferred from Lagos State prison to other prisons around Nigeria states, because of their crime,family or if the inmate is a very problematic fellow!

So Benin disco will be paying the highest rate in the country, when we have the poorest light supply in the country talk about rip off by BEDC.
