What is the status of free trade zones in Nigeria in terms of abuse? I learnt that government is worried about the abuse and sharp practices in the zones. What is the government doing about this?

Gooday house, i am presently living in lagos. i intend going into pure water/bottle water business very soon but i have little knowledge on this issue, like water purifing machine, nylon sealing machine, borehole digging,submersible pump, someone should please explain in details all equipments needed, price and the places i could purchase them, thanks. i am waiting!!!.
