[Nice to see another May applicant. I share in your faith too. Have your medicals been updated yet? And has your eligibility review started? I’ll be attending the University of Guelph, MSc Food and Agriculture Resource Economics. How about you?]

Hi
I applied 30th of may
Did my medicals June 1st and I've also been waiting for the next update ever since

Which school would you be attending and what course do you plan to study
I'm having faith that it'll come out before it's late
[Thank you very much. I’ve booked for my medicals and the next available date is 25th July.]

I can understand your anxiety, everyone is including me and it's not your fault.

Firstly I would advise you go for your upfront medicals if you're yet to because for a permit longer than 6 months you will need it.
Waiting to get the request before you go for the test and then waiting for it to be updated on your application is another time wasting away which you can save.

Don't be hard on your self and be positive.

It will end in praises for everyone of us.

Good luck.
Good morning, Nairalanders.

This is my first post here, and I just had to make it after reading other people’s comments about their study visa application. I must say this has been the most nerve wracking moment of my life. I really wish I came across this forum much earlier before I started my application.

I submitted my application 2months ago, May 20th 2022. I had my biometrics done prior because I had applied for a visitor visa before. Eligibility review started June 30th and I have been waiting for the medical request. I didn’t think I could do an upfront medical exam anymore since I had already submitted my application that was why I was waiting for IRCC to contact me. I have been freaking out lately because my school is resuming on the 8th of September 2022 (today is 19th July) and I feel I’m seriously running out of time to get this visa approved.

Anyone also facing this same situation??

Any helpful advice from the experts on here would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
