the man in that video is the president general of umuriam village nawfia at Njikoka LGA Anambra.
The guy on red up and down was the formal youth chairman of that same village who was removed from his seat because of an offence he committed....
The formal youth chairman took bribe from some people inorder to beat up, frame, and tarnish the image of the PG of umuriam village because he wanted to build or rather make umuriam village a better community...
So he was unjustly framed, harassed and disgraced by the cult gang of the formal youth chairman of umuriam village
