What are you celebrating? There is no list of states requesting fresh bailout in the report. The list of states up there was from the last bailout which includes every other SE state (even though the incomplete list left out Enugu) except Anambra.

even Benue state is conspicuously missing from the states that benefited from the bailout and should be crying for more like Oliver twist.
