The reduction is for new investors and tops up. Old investors remain with their 20% for 2 years. If you decide to top up your old investments, it will be 15% onwards.

Or better still he had received 3months of ROI out of 24months of his Investment contract. Consequently, he is still going to be receiving 21 ROIs more before his contract would be done and dusted.

Thats how it has always been in the government of all level. In any case, Its either internal replacement or secret recruitment thats is always embedded on LEGAL BACK-UP, which is bad for the current state of the country. what will be happening to the future of those without link to top government functionaries, i do not know... people that are serious and with diligent motive to serve are not being given the opportunity.
