Please, how can I download TLS Application Tracking app?

quote author=Kenneth417 post=108268775]

Please I tracked it through the email, That's where the "Application Received by VAC" hasn't ticked green while the "Application Transferred to VAC" has ticked green. I just wanted to know if it's still a glitch since it's been long and the Biometric Enr. still at Red. But on the TLS app, the "Passport ready for collection/Delivery" hasn't ticked green yet.
From what I have been reading online, there is a problem ohh.

You have to use funds that will cover both you and your dependents to apply this time even though you have gotten your visa.

I hope this helps.

quote author=gallantjo post=107399858]Hello everyone, please I would like your input on this. I applied for a student visa on 13th September and got the visa on 20th September. My POF was 16.6 million naira. So I traveled to the UK on 30th October. Now in this November I want to apply for my dependants (kids and husband) with my account statement too with the required POF of 17.8million. Will this be a problem? Visa office is Abu Dhabi. I totally agree with your submission.

LagosismyHome:

While some dash all their money , sending it back home , others are building equity. I guess it depends on what you value.

My husband works with an Indian. Doing exactly the same thing, the colleague is on property number BTL 15 , buying pulling equity and moving to the next.... we even with double income we are no where near that because that not what we value. Its inspiring and great and Everyone race is different

7 properties in a foreign land? Jezzzz! This is overwhelming to say the least....I have to read your response for a couple of time.

You are truly blessed and I believe all these came with a lot of strategies.

This is really inspiring..... really..

As at last count - 7 properties in the UK and in New Zealand (4/3). In the process of buying a flat for my brother in Glasgow so he can get out of rented. We were both head hunted from the UK to NZ as well. In 16 months time, we also qualify for NZ citizenship then we'll return home (to the UK) so my children can attend secondary school. Their futures and ours is sorted financially and otherwise.

I am agree I am not wise. Thank Bleep for that if the wiseness means wasting money building in Nigeria when I don't live there and have zero plans of ever living there.

PS - 17th year out of Nigeria and I have to say I have done very very well for myself and my siblings. All sorted, educated at my expense (2 in the UK) and happily living our best lives.
From my enquiry, Chester University does! Kindly make more research. Infact, you can pay for a week or two weeks of coming in the UK.
They do that to enable especially the international students to settle in.

You may also search for Chester University accommodations at Facebook. Private landlords usually drop advertisements there.

All the best.

ocpaschal:
the school does not provide a contract of a few months to rent... instead the chester Uni wants a long-term contract student accommodation of nearly a year.. that's difficult to accept. It is why i seek accommodation within Chester but not school accommodation

Why not pay for school accommodation ? When you are a bit settled, you look for another accommodation.

ocpaschal:
I got Masters admission (studying online currently) to Chester University and I plan to arrive in UK soon but i have not yet booked accommodation. Pls is it advisable to book accommodation (outside campus with landlord) only after I have arrived in UK? If So, how do i secure accommodation on my very first day of arrival?
Secondly, is it advisable to book and pay for UK accommodation thru accommodation websites while still in Nigeria?

quote author=Teenicenice post=106358770]Good evening house,

please I need advise. I got an unconditional offer for Jan intake to UWE. To issue CAS, they requested for bank statement and TB certificate. I sent an email to iomlagosmedicalbooking@iom.int requesting for an appointment. I got an automated reply asking me to do it online through a link. When I checked the link, the earliest date in Lagos for appointment was December 20th 2021 which would obviously not allow me time to process CAS not to talk of Visa. Please how do I go around this as I need the TB certificate to even get CAS.
Kindly help please.
Hello Grace 321,I have been trying to mail you. Apparently, it appears I don't really know how to,again using my phone.

You mentioned that you have a mail of University of Chester personnel that someone can mail to and get a quick response in the student forum.. Please can you state it please?

I missed my admission because of their reluctance nature even after paying school fees. I have deferred for the next intake. However,I need the right contacts for mailing.

Thank you very much.

I think that this lecturer may be the Head of graduate studies or something like that.. This his reply doesn't seem like an acceptance to me.
I'll advice you to reply specifically asking if you can fill his name in the column for Supervisor.. The excepted reply should be a certain yes or no, instead of this politically correct statement.

PS - I'll soon post my journey to gain admission.. This maple land waka is a hustle but we move grin
