He may also serch for plastic surgeon in Nigeria online or check NAPRAS (Nigerian association of plastic reconstructive & aesthetic surgeons) website or NBIS (Nigeria burn injuries society) website and use the contact us menu.
Worse cases than this are treated successfully in Nigeria.
