I have a 97/98 w202 c class wagon. Keep having this recurrent problem of the front windows failing to work (WONT COME DOWN). The rear windows work all the time. I always have to disconnect and reconnect the battery to get it working again. I have also observed that it'll most likely fail after it rains or after the car is washed.

Some sites recommend i disconnect the rear window modules as that might be causing the CAN to fail. Does anyone in the house have this experience and what do the forum experts recommend.
