Yes, NNPC didn't tell candidates directly how much would be paid but they had fixed an amount before the interview except the amount was reviewed after the interview.
When I wrote my name and account on the sheet (EH), I was asked for my number on my wrist band and the man verified the number against my name on the excel on the system, I saw N20k against my name. It was that minute I knew candidates from Lagos would be paid N20k. However, I am yet to be paid (11/07)

Who do you want to complain to? Are they owing you? NNPC is not under any obligation to pay anybody any transport fare. Your main target should be APL not ordinary transport fare.

We must not respond to every statement whenever we do not have a sensible response.... If you don't know, no body requested for payment of transport stipend but NNPC herself told EVERY candidate that they will be paid transport stipend. Their statement invariably made them to owe any candidate that has not been paid expect you do not know the importance of honouring your words. Well, I hear you say, this is Naija but also know NNPC is a corporate entity.
Finally, nobody has told you that "ordinary" transport fare has taken priority over APL....

I expect to see matured comments here considering the tight educational criteria used but unfortunately I see otherwise sometimes except not everybody who comments here that was actually invited.

Na wa oh... I have not received even 1 payment and yet some persons have gotten 3.
Please is there any means that we can use to lay our complaints? we need TP fare as much as we need the APL as well

You will all get your TF and we are in a corruption free regime otherwise, most people wouldn't have made it this far my opinion.

Bro you're very right. I just a call from a friend now that some guys got their letters today via community slots ( if you like don't believe me). Guys the APLs are ready. A lot of things are going behind the scene. We should just pray that God should favour us.

Even if there are community slots, those slots shouldn't be given APL ahead of the general release of APLs nau...I believe those who will get APLs via influence will get it same time that the general ones will be released.. But why is everyone saying "a friend said ...." and they are not the ones involved

My friend that had her exam in Lagos relocated to Abuja few weeks after the CBT exam.

She was paid 20k, even after writing her location as Abuja.

What did they use? Her initial data during registration, that's what they are using to pay everyone. That paper helps them get your name, Bank and account number then they go back to their database to trace your initial registration point.

It is assumed that you should come from the city where you wrote your CBT exam.

This is true. Before I was told to write my name, bank details and location, the guy told me to tell him my number on my wrist tag, when I did, he just typed it into the system and on the excel sheet, my name appeared and I saw N20k. It was from that very minute I knew Lagos will be paid 20k and I also saw varying amounts on the system within the few seconds I saw the screen on the system. Hence, all amount had been entered into the system before you came for the interview just as other IOCs do

I believe they used location of your CV address and not even CBT centre since not all the states were a CBT centre even though CBT centre is also likely to have been used

The chances available in a state where there's this "host community factor" will be very few.
The host community slots and those to be taken are already concluded.
I just got reliably informed that my LGA alone-being host community, got 4 slots and their APL is ready awaiting dispatch once the process is concluded.
What that means is the remaining slots for the state will be for other LGAs.

By this time next week - all things being equal, everything would have been sealed.

My informant chose to remain anonymous on the 4 from my LGA: all he did was to mention the communities each of the 4 came from.

Not just that. I need to say something that has been giving me concern.

I respect Jarus and Mosgoon, but there is so much worshiping going on this thread.

Everyone should be confident in his/her skills and experience, it's not like we are all in the same field. If certain people think Jarus and Mosgoon not receiving alert spells good omen for all who haven't received transport fare from NNPC, then I think a new religion is already emanating on this thread.

That said, there's also the madness of people asking for LOML. Mosgoon specifically stated it's for those who intend to work for consulting firms.

It's clear, it's taking a lot of his energy and effort to send the LOML to the people requesting for it, but I think it will be sheer wickedness for anyone to request for it without intending to put time and effort into whatever he sends.

Furthermore, I hope people won't commit suicide when APL gets distributed.

Finally, we were told at the towers in clear English (not French or Spanish) that we will be given a token for transport fare, I don't know if the English wasn't clear enough.

Hope some guys are not asking for the LOML to sell to others?

Cos by now most of us must have defined our areas of interest and if your area is not consulting no need or we just want to have it and prepare for the unknown?
