It is not normal at all. They should have called for biometrics or medicals. It would be good if you can contact the London office if it is an online application or Lagos office if it is paper-based. Your husband is Canadian which should make things easier and faster, the delay is abnormal. Try contacting them.

We have to wait patiently, this is a good time to prepare our award certificates. lol. Remember 102 is not a small number, they have to take their time to prepare the award certificates.
