When interviewers ask you "May we meet you", they don't expect you to say things in your CV. That is already visible to all. They expect you to sell yourself and say things you are capable of but not stated in the CV. This question is typically an opener to assess your diction, composure and other aspects of you A typical response to this should not last more than 2 minutes and should be concise.
