Please which hospital recommended that drugs for you ? Have you been able to get a response on clinic for ivf

Brother, I'm facing same issue too(azoospermia) but I haven't done ivf yet due to the cost, I'm thinking of IUI Sha. After using so many herbal remedies. I still believe God will come through. I'm using one drugs Sha but I haven't done test yet and my wife is still not pregnant. The first one i did was 45k! the second one am asked ot do again is 18k including SFA. i haven't done it yet cos am taking a drugs called Prolistem. As for the shrinking testes, i just noticed it and i have never sex enhancement before.

Hormonal profile is a good test, to determine your testesterone level. Its about 20k abi?.
Sfa is not that serious at this point.

Shrinking testes isnt good, it means they are not doing their job, has it always been like this.

Some sex enhancement/testesterone builder drugs are known to cause this. Hope you didnt take such in the past.

Good afternoon guys! have anyone use this drugs before "PROLISTEM" to treat azoospermia?

Also, i visited a urologist yesterday in Benin and he said i should be ready to do IVF that's the only way i can be a father and recommend some test on my shrinking testicles including SFA, hormones profiles which i have done almost 3 times now. I dont know if i should do it as it quite expensive at the hospital(all test he recommended). The test he said i should do it to determine if i can use my own sperm or not.

Am just confuse on doing it or not. And this drugs (PROLISTEM) i read it help with azoopsermia (zero count).

i dont know if i should contuine doing tests or just use the money to try this drugs

Good morning! Please i need your advice, suggestion or recommendation. I was told i had azoospermia during the lock-down after doing 3 SFA tests in Warri and my family doctor referred me to Shepard fertility hospital in warri but i didn't meet the main doctor(he was out of the country), after doing hormones profiling, the doctor on seat advise me to do IVF with donor. I've been married for 3 years now. My wife is okay! the HSG test she did was good, no blocked, we did it at our family hospital even though, i refuse to do another one in the fertility hospital as they insisted but i refused cos my wife was in pains for days and their was as over 250k.

Please i am thinking of IUI first cos of the financial cost of IVF with a donor. Please is there any good, safe, cost friendly one in warri or benin. Or is there a possibility to get good sperms from Sperm Bank and insert it to my wife as i have watched some many videos on Youtube?

Please i need your advice as my mother is already disturbing me and my wife on having kids. My wife is standing strong for me on this even though she doesn't support it the IUI or IVF process ( she believes God will come through for us naturally as i do too)

My wife is going to be 30 this year and i am very scared cos the chances might be reducing,
