shymexx: God bless you very much Shymexx, I'm not in anyway stalking you but your comment above is excellent and you have shown that you actually read deeper than a lot of people would do. I weep for Africa because they (and I mean majority are fools and cowards). We swallow every nonsense from the western media and that was exactly why everyone stood still and let them come and kill our only human hope My hero Ghadaffi and now we are moaning that they are robbing Africa blind. Like you said where were the leaders when Ghadaffi was being hunted for committing the crime of calling all African countries to stick together and repel the imperialists. Mtcheww I really weep for Africa and I am so saddened to know that we didn't learn a thing from history ![]() ![]() ![]() 1 Like |

shymexx: Ok shymexx, I like your approach and I and my Igbo folks will still believe and learn from history however let me keep that aside and stick to the topic at hand. I will tell you how we (I mean every region) can achieve this regionalism and wrestle power away from the centre (Of which I am sure GEJ will willingly drop power if it comes to it). You see that same way the people up south west were protesting against the removal of fuel subsidy? Let the regional head of the yorobers not only call for people to begin to demand for regionalism but show it by exam by matching to the square like they did during the fuel subsidy and see if we in the east and south south will not follow suit and I am sure the North too will have no choice. Until then Ohaneze NdiIgbo has taken the biggest and bravest step in reconciling this nation to its one time glory 1 Like |

sleekdot: DUDE you have bluntly shown your lack of information in the affairs of this country called Nigeria. You said Igbo's are a joke and yet we hold the most important cabinets in this country. I would dare you to point out any political position or appointment held by a yorober man and I will point out 5 more important position held by an Igbo man/woman. For your information, I am worried about the future of the yorobers in the political and decision affairs of this nation as you guys seem to be forgotten with the tick of the clock. As for your ignorant speech as to why the aboki's kill, I would only refer you to the massacre that took place in the deeper life churches and co and count how many Igbo men/women/children were fallen and do a self check. I have respect for myself and people to engage you in mockery of the departed..Be wise 1 Like |

shymexx: Very good step in reasoning with someone. Now the center is not ready or has not been ready for anything that will not favour it and that is why the past presidents quickly shoved the issue under the carpet and allowed status quo continue. However Nigerians supported by every region must be and should be bold to ask for Regionalism and if you read the article by Ohaneze NdiIgbo, you would have seen were they said that state creations et.all should be left to the regions to do based on their capacity. Now that should answer your question on the state creation issue. We NdiIgbo care less about state creation however we care fully about what will be of the interest of every Igbo man, women and children and in general every Nigerian. So we must stand up and demand for regionalism. This is one call I can guarantee you will have the support of all Igbo person around the world |

jjc-to-nl: Since the days of Elijah we have always known the yorober folks to only mouth off with little or No action to back it up. I have no issue with regards to calling or supposedly supporting Regionalism, however the problem lies in after the meeting and owambe party then what next. Did you see the examples Ohaneze NdiIgbo has shown. Now bring me any document about the yorobers doing the same and I will openly appologise to this forum as No man is an island |

I read an article here today or a few days ago regarding the current concurrent striking in Europe and the question on so many people's lips were why Nigeria a worse of country would be suffering and smiling instead of sticking together and being a force that the current system would reckon with and although I felt the same desire, I quickly left the thread because the answer to that question remains the same THE YOROBER FOLKS OR SHOULD I SAY THE SOUTH WEST REGION ![]() Now before you start vomiting insults that will only affect you and your linage let me explain why and any reasonable person will agree with me on this. Right from 1967 during the Biafra war, the case of being lukewarm and sly has always fallen on the yorober folks and that was what lead to the war in the first place. Issue of not calling a spade a spade and trying to be slimy and stick in the middle (I wonder if it is fear that breeds this ![]() ![]() Now it is clear that Nigeria is falling to pieces and we need to call a Sovereign National Conference to decide our fate and either split or go back to the Regional form of leadership that obviously worked in the past, and whilst the Northerners. THE South Easterners and South Southerners have all called for SNC, We are yet to hear a twitch from our sly and corny neighbours (The Yorobers ![]() Call me Tribalist or what have you, thats your cup of hot water but sometimes the truth must be told for posterity sake. I hope the young Yorober folks wise up and sit up if not a time will come when every region will say Enough is Enough and descend on you lot. ![]() 1 Like |

A President with a Vision and an eye on development. Look how he has held all the ministers responsible to present achievements on his tenure so far. If all the presidents follow Goodluck Ebele Jonathan's footstep it wont be long before Nigeria is great again. As I was going through, I couldnt help but begin to class ministers under performance and non performance though I am aware that a lot of ministries have a little at stake or to offer. Overall I am impressed with a government that not only cares on getting this done but also on putting its citizens on the know. WELL DONE GEJ, THE PEOPLE'S PRESIDENT WE ARE PROUD OF YOU..KEEP MATCHING ![]() |

PapaBrowne: For all I care, Yorubas and Igbos are in a deep love relationship!! You may not be far from the truth as its in the nature of the Igbo's to love everyone..however after the numerous betrayal and unstable nature of the Yorubas, I must tell you that the Igbo's barely tolerate the Yoruba's and are always cautious of them on any dealings. However you are correct that it is not as fierce as on Nairaland. And like I said I was an Igbo boy that joined the forum after reading so many falasies and nonsense about the Igbos posted by the Yoruba folks here 2 Likes |

She is one of the best thing to happen to the Nigerian economy. And the shallow thinkers would not agree and will always be the first to insult and castigate her and the best president Nigeria has ever had in the place of GEJ. However reading through the posts and seeing how many likes from each comment. I must say that I am impressed that many more people are seeing the light and not ignorant mofo's. for all those talking nonsense about her, I'm sorry to hurt your feelings but AIN'T NOTHING YOU CAN DO.!! 1 Like |
