no vex o but are you sure you graduated with first Class? you don't sound like one with what you have written...and on a nutshell which course did you study get first Class?...because to me this days some courses with first Class no even reach some other courses with third class...no be to go to university go study one useless course that is not lucrative nor self employed...
No course is useless brother, not every1 will study medicine, engineer, law or whataview. Having 1st class irrespective of the course is dope.

Don't be too certain Sir.

Back then in my university days in unilag, we had 2 guys that were the brain behind the class, that even the four first class students in my department look up to them for challenging assignments and they admit they aren't even close to these 2 guys when it comes to knowledge.

One of these 2 guys was on a 2:2 reason being he hustles daily in computer village to feed and also goes to sit for exams for people in schools outside lagos. even his school fees was being contributed by guys in our department because of his generosity. The second guy was on 2:1 because he fell very sick all through year 1 and he didn't even write most of year1 exam, thereby having almost 10 carry over to deal with in year 2.

I wouldn't have believe that some 2.2 can be better than some first class students if I didn't experience first hand in my department
Hope you know some of these 1st class student also pass through a whole lot, even financially?

Exactly bro, i always weep behind closed door asking God why my existence. i'm freaking tired sincerely. I got enlisted into NDA for her final screening @kaduna but couldn't make it due to no money for t-fair from lagos to kaduna, same thing applies to NPA the following year. Later went to a conventional sch graduating top of my class yet no job, not even a factory job sef. I so wish i could just end it all here, but i find it so so tudious to execute due to my poor mother. i so much love her, can't withstand her tears! but heaven knows the suffering is pretty much.

Thanks darling, you can't understand how sweet TECH is for me, and how it can easily bring money on days one least expected. I won't advice you to relent ma, but for me, I will always regret it. Its been long I finished both Bsc and MSC, now I know I wasted my precious life during my Bsc days.
Exactly sis, 4 5 6yrs chasing good grade without any tech skills & @long run the good grade wont land you a job, not even a decent job sef. This 1st class of a thing securing a job after sch even without any skill only work back then, not now anymore.

I doubt, no lecturer will ditch out 1st class to any student who doesn't merit it. No student can bribe his/her way out of sch with 1st class.

in Nigeria, there are 2 ways
1. Work very very very very hard even if your intelligent The Lecturers will cheat you by adding some extra useless hardship on you e.g (1 + 1 =2 but naija lecturer will say write the answer with Indigo buro inside a snake fabric made paper with neon light at the edge of each side make sure the papers glitter while the answer is written and to be submitted 2:00Am) or
2. Prostitute yourself to the Lecturers if you are a lady (that's exactly what they want).
No lecturer will award you 1st class with your number 2 option. No 1st class, i repeat no 1st class bribe their way out of sch.

Why are you answering him. Don't you know that jealousy make them talk that way. Even my stupid classmates would say I'm not brilliant, I'm just good at reading thats why I was the best graduating student. I was the youngest person in my class and also I did another 4years course alongside my bsc degree which I also graduated as one of the best. Some peoples brain is just too dull to understand what they are saying.
I regret ever being in my department with fools, non of them is actually more than average except one girl like that.
I wish I had the opportunity of being among good brains, and smart people. I can't even be friends with any of them since they think backward and those that are okay are full of jealousy or extremely
Lol, don't mind them. some will even refer to you as being la cram la pour, as if to la cram la pour na beans.

it depend on how they have gotten their first class,to be frank some 2.1s and 2.2s are better than 1st
Academically i doubt if they are better than the 1st class, although there're some 4pointers that are also sound upstairs but comparing 2.1 expecially the 3pointers and even 2.2 to 1st class it's a no no for me.

Thats one of the mistake I made in my life and still regretting it till now. First class is a waste of time and thoughts. If you are connected, not an introvert, then you have a chance, if you are not, please I beg you, while in university, concentrate on things you can do that would bring you money and make you happy in life. Just make sure you don't go below second class upper.
Nigeria is a failed country.
I wish I did this when I was in the university, I was busy making sure I'm doing well in academics, I also registered for a 4years Arabic course which I finished. I wish I knew my advisors were merely myopic, I wish I had concentrated my energy on learning TECH skills. [Quote]You just nailed it bro, mine was even worst sef being the best student in my class. Done with sch now but no job, not even a factory work. Though i was doing a petty job then while schooling since i needed money to foot my bills, there was no time to learn a tech skill.

Pls be mindful of who you engage with, OPTION 1-The sure business i can recommend for you is Agriculture which is farming, particularly ugwu and cassava it's quite lucrative being an essential commodity and you are sure of your capital +interest. You can always continue with the buz for life. OPTION 2-my father has a vast acres of land for sale which is also a profitable venture. you can buy a land now and re-sale later in a higher rate, dont forget land do appreciate.

I need a quantity survey for a fence to cover 15 plots of land (not a perfect square). Fence will be done using interlocking blocks made with a mix of 6 wheelbarrows of subsoil and one 50kg cement mix: no mortar involved. I do not mind paying a token for this service. Send a mail please to my signature so I can initiate the discussion.

Every business needs marketers. Frankly you should not be lacking money.

As a former Ofood marketer, what stops you from replicating their business model?

Inadequate capital, i've met with some local restaurant about the stuff but they seems not to give in. most of my mates have gone for service but here i am, i'm yet to pay for my certificate money which obviously is holding me down from being mobilize.
