Let me share my mid-term testimony. I got my ECA report this morning and it was sent to IRCC 2 days after I lost 5 points to age. I am undeterred as I will keep pressing on. IELTS is also in the pocket(maxed out at the first attempt). Who can direct me to where to get swimming trunks so I can dive in....... I am willing to explore all options though. Please do I need to search for my NOC base on my work experience or with my profession? Because I studied urban and regional planning but not a registered town planner yet.
