I don't know of the Finns in particular but for the Schengen state's embassy I went to, biometric data capturing was done a few minutes before the proper interview. It only took a couple minutes though.

Because right now my Appointment is dated for December 2nd and have applied since june so am just confused right now. Cus i applied through an agency which is VFS Agency and it takes time to receive an appointment letter

Congratulations! I don't know of Finland in particular but Schengen visas usually take about 10 days, for me it was simple questions at the embassy about the country, a little about my personal life and studies and that was basically all.

Good afternoon bro, i gained admission into vamia vocational school and my date of appointment is 12th of September. So i just want to know if Finland embassy do make interviews tho am prepared for it and i would need like questions they might ask me. Thanks

Try and get a Bsc, so you can either go for your masters or then another Bsc at best...If I’m correct, HND’s aren’t recognized in Finland as an admission tool to get a study place, someone can authenticate this anyway...Visit StudyFinland portal and get more info, you can also mail them or call them directly...all your questions will get answers directly from the source

It’s tough, very tough...But it’ll make life easier for you when you come here...Also remember that what you are learning is ”kirjakieli” and here Finns speak ”puhukieli” which is sort of like learning English language because you are planning to move to Nigeria, but settling down in Warri where they speak pidgin English however, if you are sure you are migrating here and maybe to Vaasa or Swedish areas of Finland, then with Swedish you will cope too...It’s a lot easier and belong to same family tree as English, I’m even learning it in my free time here as I wan turn omotor for the whole Scandanavia as in Finnish+ Swedish+ of course English here and little French from my secondary school days....I actually speak 3 Nigerian languages (Igbo, Delta Igbo, Urhobo) and little yoruba which I won’t count cos it is too basic...so 6 languages in total!

Oga zlatan abeg how you see social services there? I mean the functioning of social work agencies, the pay and so on. The reason why I dey ask be say, I they my final year BSc social work and I dey reason to further MSc social work or something better. That's why I wan know how career in social work be over there or if you get better suggestions. Thanks
