For kids with special needs, it sometimes becomes.unbearable and irritating to watch some of their actions. This becomes psychologically disturbing for their handlers. When such handlers have better pay, they develop greater psychological boost to overlook them and have greater endurance.

To stimulate this greater desire is to pay better.


Anyone handling special needs must be paid atleast 80,000 Naira. I've been around a few and now first hand how challenging handling them can be.


Your organization is not doing well at all to pay the current range please and.please. Let's do better.

Na at the point of capturing I first saw a photocopy of my Apl with the IPPIS officer which he didn't release to me. After capturing was straight to medical and documentation. Na after I finish waka go house my connect called me me a week later sey dem don brlng my Apl come give am. Na from IPPIS print out I take know what I was employed as, my salary scale and grade when I was filling some forms during documentation. I personally got my apl 2 weeks after my documentation and capturing.

My humble advice, don't resign your job to do uber. Better you do both instead.

The good thing about a career is you can grow it rapidly if you are deliberate. I started my career in a consulting firm where people started started with 6 digits monthly as trainees and within 6-8 years most moved to 7 digits a month by honing their skills and seeking greater renumeration in the industry. Agressively pursue self development and seek growth opportunities.

Ride hailing may pay more now but may not give you such growth opportunities. Also, very little transferable skill should you decide to quit it in future.

Na now this advice dey pain me, If I had put in the hours I've put into ridehailing since 2017 into a career, I'd have grown more than this but that period self person no see better job for street! I believe one can still make changes at different points in one's life.
