Hello NLs, my DS 160 was filled in sept. 2021 but I am eligible for IW, do I fill another DS 160? pls advice

Hello,Please advice me, I went to the US and feel ill, I was not pregnant and did not have plans to access their medical facility it was just a state of emergency, was give a high bill which I requested for assistance and was granted. but paid other fees sent to me from doctors, labs etc.

Pls what do you advise
