There's been a back and forth on how people above 26/27 were rejected outrightly at verification stage.

The age argument. I am on the borderline. I got in.

I am even past the borderline but got in. It's different for different people. I discovered most general statements don't hold true 100% of the time.


My first attempt was in 2016, and I've been writing the exam since then but never passed. 2019, I passed, had interview and I am in. Everyone has a unique journey and story. KPMG rejected me in 2016 after head of audit interview, PwC is giving me a chance 3yrs later. God is a major factor with all the work.
