Thank you for your response. My current situation is that I live in the Uk and will not be in the bank in person. I require the statement to be signed and stamped. I was wondering if I could ask my accounts officer to authorize my sister (a former staff of diamond bank) to collect the statement in a branch close to her on my behalf

theres a diamond bank branch in the Uk tho i dont know where. contact them and let them send it to you via post. you can also get a diamond online platform( send a mail to enquiries@diamondbank.com so you can be set up with a username if you dont have one). once set up, you can download your statement there easily.

So he got divorced and married you and got a 5yr ban?
I'm not sure using his SOA is a good idea. What were the reasons for your previous delay?
You might want to look for another sponsor and spend some days in prayer city.
Hopefully the elders can help you with this

LOL. nah lemme explain.
Immigration law states dt u cant sponsor a foreign national as a spouse if u were sponsored by a spouse urself. and u must have waited 5 years after u bcm a PR bfr u sponsor. not that he was banned. he jst has to wait out the 5 year rule which expires next year.
now that its clearer, can i add his SOA to mine or its still not advisable?

Your husband is a PR? So what exactly is the problem? Can't he just apply for you to join him and you get PR and even pay cheaper tuition even your decide to still purse your degree?
**Edit: I just saw your topic about the 5yr ban, who exactly was banned? You or your husband?

he was sponsored as a spouse. hence the ban.

my question goes to the Elders gurus and on this forum pls.
ive been following for quite a while and just need a candid opinion.
i applied for trv last year and was denied due to travel history and purpose of visit. i stated in my app back then that i was going to visit my husband who is a PR but still got refused. (hes unable to sponsor me yet due to some reasons)
now im planning on applying for my masters degree to MUN in economics. im a graduate of econs with 3 and a half year exp in bankin...my questions:
1. my husband is obviously over there..alberta to be precise. is there any issue dt may arise from this because my husband resides in alberta and i wanna school in MUN.
2. also, is it ok to use my SOA and his SOA?
i appreciate ur feedbacks.

Shyee and Olawunmif,

Although I did not experience this issue, I copied this advise from Canadavisaforum on what to check if your profile is ineligible:

In creating your EE profile, kindly pay close attention to the following:
1. Settlement Province -- any one other than Quebec
2. Work history and Primary NOC -- ensure that you have entered the same NOC in your work history section, showing that you have one or more year experience. Ensure that the hours per week worked Is 30 or more
3. Proof of funds: ensure that you entered 20000 and not 2000
4. IELTS -- ensure you are entering the correct scores and the correct date of your exam for both you and your spouse
5. ECA -- ensure that you entered yes that it was done and that you entered the Certificate number
Good luck!!!!! I hope you will find the error very soon.

.

I hope this might help to detect the issue

i dont know how to thank you enuff dupsyshoo. after reading your response i realized, i was using hours per day instead of hours per week in all the trials. i redid it properly and just entered the pool again after 5 trials today (now i av 6profiles ineligibile...lol).. the power of unity cant be underestimated. thanks alot. Im bk in the race

JesusDWay:

Your highest qualification is what will give you the highest mark for education and certainly, your Msc gets you a lot more marks than Bsc. From what I've seen so far, WES charges same amount if you are evaluating one or evaluating the two so, make your choice.

You can send both. From what ive learnt about some people in other countries, their MSc was equivalent to one year grad study while their BSc was equal to 4 years BSc in canada. They gave reasons for equating MSc to one year grad study due to rigor of study, curriculum, etc in that particular country. So jst send both to be sure and if they recognize it as equal to canadian masters, all well and good.

it's because you clicked save and exit after you made changes.

click on the continue button until it gets to the end, that's when it changes to transmitted
