Which calcium supplement can I buy to add to her daily diet. Thanks

I believe it would be best if you visit a veterinary outlet close to you for advise on the one suitable for your pet. There re lots of calcium supplements for dogs out there. Cheers

Your puppy is really cute. She looks healthy to me. But I can give you some tips that I use for my 3+ month German Shepherd. I also feed him arion dry puppy food. I did a lot of research on the feeding guide and schedule for a German Shepherd. I think you will also benefit from researching online for feeding guide/schedule for a boerboel. Basically I feed him 3 times a day at set times 6am/12noon/6pm. I also mix his dry food with fish and chicken to bulk up on the protein content because I know that arion is not really a high quality dog food. I have a measuring cup I use to measure the amount of dry food I give him. If you find the feeding guide for your particular dog breed it should tell you how much in cups or grams they should eat. It took a lot of research and calculations for me to determine the amount of dry food to give because every brand has different amounts they suggest. He isn't BIG but I think for his age he's doing very well. Even the vets are surprised at his growth rate. When I got him he was 5kg at 8 weeks and now he's 15kg at 14 weeks. Anyway hope my ramblings help you in some way grin
I think at 4 months 2 weeks old, the dog needs high calcium food as I can see from the pictures the legs that the bones are not well developed as they should. Also you need to keep in mind that as dogs gets older they naturally prefer more moisture content in their food. Let me not say much but if you need more information on this you can check out the website in my signature to this post. Once at the home page you can check the blog directory. I believe you will find something interesting about caring for dogs among few articles there.

Kind regards

Pets / Re: Is Dog Breeding Business Lucrative In Nigeria by OlayemiKing(m): 11:35am On May 22, 2015
purpleh:
I am thinking of setting up a Dog Kennel in Nigeria, can anyone give ideas of how lucrative this business is/ can be.
I have a passion for Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers , Boxers and Mastiffs , please advise.

It's lucrative, but requires patience and you need to dedicate lots of time to it. Oh let me ask you these questions:

1. How much do you think you need to start (Please include in your budget, their housing, feeding, vaccination etc.)

2. How long do you think it will take you to break even, after which you will start talking about making profits - very important. This will help you to be prepared financially. my advice - give youself a period of 18 months at least.

Then you need to do as much research as possible before you start. read as many manuals as possible.

Kind regards
Business / Are You On The "Anti-wealth" Plan? by OlayemiKing(m): 12:04pm On May 20, 2015
Though unfortunate, lots of people are on the "Anti-Wealth" Plan. Some people harshly call it 40/40/40 plan, that is you work 40 hours-a-week, for 40 years and retire with 40 dollars in your bank account. That's somewhat an exaggeration though but not far fetched from the truth. I guess you might have come across the saying "You can not become rich working for someone". This is the Gospel truth.
If asked, everyone would want to be wealthy, but are we all approaching the "would-be" wealthy lifestyle the right way? You can not become rich working for someone 40 hours-a-week, some of us even work more than that.
The world's wealthiest people have known for hundred of years that if you want financial freedom, you must tap into at least one of the following:
1. Residual Income: Income that keeps coming in month after month, year after year, from work you do just ONCE.

2. Leverage Income: this is earning money through other people's efforts. Let's not forget that there are only 24 hours in a day and there's only so much you can earn through your own efforts alone. No wonder employers of Labours gets richer whereas the employees are no so lucky. How much money have you made for your company since you started working for the company - Just a question that provokes thought.

The question now is how do I get out of the rat-race. You might wanna visit www.olayemiking.com/apps.blog/ for life changing information.
Pets / Re: Rottweiler Tails Docker Its Illegal (stop It)!! by OlayemiKing(m): 9:36am On Apr 22, 2015
The tail of any four legged animal is meant for balance when they run or chase. I don't know why anybody would want to dock a dog's tail because that's what others do. Their tail is also part of their beauty.
Health / Re: First Aid: Tips For Common Accidents And Emergencies by OlayemiKing(m): 9:32am On Apr 04, 2015
This is very educating. I have always been an advocate of first aid being in the academic curriculum. I really gained a lot from this content-filled post. A lot of people had died unnecessarily because they lack knowledge about first aid.

Sometime ago, a man was knocked down by a vehicle close to my office and had a fractured leg. What I saw was people in their own way of helping the victim carried the man with the fractured leg dangling all arround - they were actually doing the helpless man more harm than good ignorantly.

So I would like the Doctor to elaborate more on the first aid treatment for dislocation and fractures for our knowledge.

Thanks.
Family / Re: Can Today's Women Have Successful Careers And Happy Families? by OlayemiKing(m): 4:49pm On Oct 23, 2014
There are slight differences between compromise, sacrifice and selflessness.

Foundation in everything we do matters a lot, in fact it is the most important thing in our day-to-day endeavors. Before a man and a woman goes into marriage, they should understand and agree on each other's dreams and aspirations. Let's not forget here that everyone one has a purpose on earth and marriage should not in any way hinder the fulfillment of that purpose but then the two party (i.e. the couple) should understand and agree on that before tieing the knot. Because once the marriage is set up, the wife has to submit to the will of the husband - Biblically.

Then anything that will affect the lives of the innocent children you brought into this world should be avoided - that is where sacrifice and selflessness comes in. Because your career will be nothing, the empire you struggled to build will be destroyed in a jiffy by the children you refuse to sacrifice your time to train and bring up in a Godly manner, you will be too old and helpless to defend your empire or money by the time.

In summary a balance should be struck in everything we do. The best way is to ask God for wisdom because human wisdom will definitely fail in certain circumstances.
Romance / Re: Pot Belly vs. 6-pack Abs - Which Do Our Babes Prefer? [IMAGES] by OlayemiKing(m): 4:51pm On Oct 16, 2014
Hey guy!
I think we are missing the big picture here beyond looks and the status they portray.
What about the health side of it. I mean what is the average life expectancy of a port-bellied man compare to a six-packed tommy guy.
One stands the risk of various heart ailments, type II diabetes, arthritis and so on while the other stands a great chance of living a long healthy and normal life. for more info, pls visit www.enaijasolutions.com/thetruthaboutweightloss.html OR www.enaijasolutions.com/ebooks.html
Peace out!
Romance / Re: Pot Belly Girls by OlayemiKing(m): 4:22pm On Oct 16, 2014
Pot-belly or whatever it is called either on a lady or a guy is really a turn-off for me.
But i think it doesn't have anything to do with alcohol in-take, when we take in excessive calories much more than we burn, they become fats and some of the fats develops at the mid-section of our body (either a woman or a man) and when this is not checked, gradually that section of the body start protruding because of the excess fats. But with proper nutrition and regular correct exercises, it can be corrected.

Family / Re: My Younger Sister Is Getting Out Of Hand! by OlayemiKing(m): 10:33am On Aug 23, 2014
I think you need to sit her down, let her know that if your mother were to be looking down from heaven she won't be happy. Also let her know that if she keep up that behaviour till she is ready to get married, she will definitely not get a good husband and at best she gets a "Agbero" for a husband. Let her know that a time will come she will be on her own and the only thing that will keep her going is a good attitude.
Also go to God in prayers for her because the truth is that she is your responsibility whether you like it or not.
Family / Re: 6 Reasons Why People Commit Suicide by OlayemiKing(m): 9:50am On Aug 23, 2014
Well, most of the things stated in this write-up is right and sometimes eludes human comprehension. But the only way out is having good relationship with God. If the holyspirit resides in you he will be your comforter in any situation in life and suicide will never be an option and will never even cross your mind.

Everything i read here made a perfect sense. And they said "MAY" which means every thing is just a theory not founded evidence. The entire universe just need as much information on this ebola virus as possible so that people don't panic unnecessarily.
