The present state of development in our Phase 1 site is of great joy to our subscribers. Has we speak, the second phase of allocation is going on, while over 300 meters of Road network has been upgraded, in other to facilitate construction on the site. The electrification of the site has also commenced as we have erected, high tension poles, to cover this project.

We are expecting our clients to start work on their site so that together we can help meet the Vision 20 20 20 of our beloved country.

We are already putting finishing torch to our Ikorodu site, in few weeks, we will be rolling out our drums to welcome OLIVE ESTATE IKORODU.

The real estate market in Nigeria has evolved over time and the dynamics of obtaining a property has been made easy with the advent of well established real estate firm. The process that has over time made a mess of the market had been the obtaining of properties through the so called ''omonile'', this practice was highly followed in the early 90s till the late 2000, when it became known that, buying through them was a total waste of time and money.

The question in the minds of many was, how can this be resolved, and ideas gave birth to the advent of various real estate firm that served has middle men, in helping to bridge the gap between, a property and it end user. Also the middle men went an extra mile to make sure property much easier to obtain by initiating payment plan that can make property purchase possible and not leave a big hole in the end user's pockets.
