Don’t be deceived there are no innocent civilians in Gaza.
They are under the payroll of Hamas. Didn’t you see them jubilating on October 7th
Except in the occupied West Bank.
So 2 million people must be all guilty right?
I guess all Igbo are ipob terrorist right if we go by your logic?

Everything is Gaza is been run and controlled by Hamas terrorists.

All UN refugees center are controlled by Hamas
All Hospitals, schools, mosques are controlled by Hamas
There are less than 1,500 Christian’s in Gaza out of a population of about 2.5 million. The Christian population have been wiped out by Islamic terrorist
So that means innocent people should be killed right?

I went to GCI. That’s how Tinuoribu lied he went to the school before the fraud was exposed as a lie.
You know what’s funny about the GCI case ?
The principal at that time was also an old student of GCI.
Tinubu claimed he finished from GCI in 1968...meanwhile the principal himself actually finished from the same GCI in the year 1968🤣
That’s one of the things that exposed the fraud so quick since tinuofo and the principal would have be been classmates if the drug baron had also finished from the school.
The idiot iragbiji scammer did not do research well😂

Bro you don't have sense.

See the way the guy wrote that nonsense now.

I can relate with the situation as have been a victim of such.

The opps doesn't know that his father is the wicked one here.
His father is not. Let’s calm down and be reasonable and put our selves in people shoe before giving advice.
If you have spent a lot of money fixing something and someone you haven’t seen or communicated to in an unreasonable long time as much as 37 years suddenly show up to drag that thing with you don’t you think you will also feel bad and not want to let go easily?
It’s just basic human nature to feel angry ?
See 37 years is a long time, and it’s only reasonable that guys father will have to be the one taking care of the property including Renovating while necessary. The financial cost and implications on the younger brother all those years must also be acknowledged.
So it’s not good you are calling the man all sorts of name.
The said elder brother shouldn’t have been dragging the properties, when he has been away for so long rather he should approach the issue calmly and sensibly so there can be an amicable solution.

You’re a fool, was the property left alone or he’s an occupant, if he was to be staying in a rented apartment, won’t he be paying money or if he rented the same property out, won’t he be collecting money so money spent on the property is as a result of the property being useful to him or he making money from it so he has to maintain it so far he’s benefiting from it….

You’re so dumb man
Oyaa calm down
The guy said they weren’t staying on the property, they have their own house.
It’s human nature to feel the way the father of the guy is feeling even you will feel the same way so it’s unreasonable to blame the man.
He wasn’t the reason why the elder brother went awol and incommunicado for so long and the guy said his father basically had to renovate some of the properties from scratch.
If you have spent money on a thing because its reasonable for you to do so and someone who have been incommunicado for 37 years just show to start claiming and dragging you will feel the same way.
So I disagreed with blaming the father of the guy.
But when common sense prevails it’s only reasonable that a fair share should be given to the elder brother.

Grow up boy. They have been living in the said house all the while rent free or probably rented it out! Either way, they must have gotten value for whatever they spent on renovating the house. Besides, their efforts are simply honorarium to their parents. Or, are you saying capable children should only support their parents in exchange for property

Better take your eyes off any first son's right in your family. And... go get some home training on public communication.
You should have read where the guy said his father has his own property. They don’t live in the house.

His younger brother probably took over the said properties on the assumption that the man was long dead in South Africa since he had been incommunicado for 37 years
Exactly. I will not blame the younger brother cos I consider what he felt normal. But when tempers calm it can be settled peacefully and amicably.

Can you hear yourself?

Does the proof translate to authorization to stylishly convert his father's properties to his?

And the rents and the likes he has been collecting is saved where?

Let call a spade a spade, the opps father is a thief and for trying to convert
So it’s the fault of the father that the useless good for nothing uncle was away for that long?
So the father should just left the property to rot and decayed because they are in endless wait for someone they haven’t seen in 37 years?
The father obviously has spent money to renovate part of the estate according to the guy some were even from the scratch.
Then a man they haven’t seen in 37 years suddenly showed up to fight for same properties.
Of course the father should be feel wronged and cheated it’s basically human nature and you yourself will feel the same so it’s not a case where such properties can be easily handed over,it’s not the fault of the guys father the brother stayed away for that long.
But what is reasonable when temper eventually calm is to however ensure the useless uncle was given what is entitled to him,his fair share of the property but cognizance of what has been spent to renovate the estate must also be given so nobody will be the so much on the loosing side even if that’s not really possible.
You calling another person’s dad thief shows how useless and brainless you are. You’re just as useless as the foolish uncle shamefully dragging property after 37 years of failure of which was not body’s fault but his own.

I don't know the culture you come from but in my own culture you're all shades of wrong. The first son is the first son and he's entitled to his own share of the family property. It doesn't matter if he has wasted 100 years of his life in the abroad. That's nobody's business
Exactly he should be entitled to his fair share of the property. This case can be settled amicably among all parties.
