Good morning my people
I once shared my testimony of student permit approval here sometimes last week.

I later sent my passport for stamping to IRCC Lagos office through DHL. A mail was sent that it arrived Lagos office on Friday and am receiving another mail today that is in Abuja OC,
Does that means all stamping or visa issuing is being done in Abuja?.

Amen. Thanks
I sent Webform and mail to them once around Dat December.
I don't believe in disturbing them with multiple mail
The embassy receives the mail and it is the VO Dat treats visa application.
I didn't send any updated Letter of Admission

My medical pass was update on Nov 5, and I have applied since July 13th.

I even thought I was the only one in this shoe b4.
We can only be hopeful for the very best because the waiting is tiring.

Good morning to everyone in the house,
Based on the chats on this platform from December 8, 2021. It shows the VO or embassy have decided to slow down the visa processing and approval.
I discovered just 2 approvals and 1 rejection since December 8 which is far from the usual figures b4 the traveling ban on Nigeria.

Is anyone also taking note of this trend.

Lol I’m a lady. Anyways, because of the chargeback I had, immigration put my application on hold thinking I hadn’t paid my application fees but they didn’t still inform me when they found out so they just kept it aside. Thank God for the MP I reached out that made me know on time

Biometrics: June 9th 2021
Eligibility started: September 23rd

My application was put on hold since September.
It’s been God honestly. I found out about the chargeback through an MP of my province. I came here to tell everyone and people said I was even lucky to have found out earlier. I found out on the 8th of November. I sent an explanation and paid only for me to receive the letter on the 18th. Omo I couldn’t even cry. I was just devastated. I reached out to @IAMTHEGBEMISOLA after reading how he tackled his own and got his approval. Special thanks to him and today I finally got min.

Documents submitted:
Landed properties of my sponsor
Bank statements
Birth certificates and passport data pages of my family

Personal documents:
University transcript and certificate
Nysc Certificate
Letter of acceptance
Birth certificate

I can’t even remember the rest as the agent was the one who submitted the application.

Congratulations quote author=hoodboy post=108132885]Landing Gist

So I booked British Airways flight for 30th of November. I had booked it since September, do the booking at MMIA so I paid in Naira at official rate.

Flight was for 11:45pm but I got to the airport around 4pm keeping with the advice given here to always arrive early.

First wahala was at the scanning machine at the entrance, they found my palm oil and said to take it out, that it won’t fly on BA, I didn’t argue I dropped it because I still had two more, which unfortunately ended up being trashed by BA just before departure (BA doesn’t allow frozen palm oil).

Agric people caught me this point and I had to dash them 2k, was hoping to escape it. After then I went weighed my luggage, had to shuffle some items between my carry-on and my checked in luggage before I was able to move ahead.

Showed the airline rep my passport, enrollment letter ArriveCAN, passenger locator form (mandatory for UK passage), vaccination card and COVID test. He confirmed the documents and gave me my boarding pass and yellow card to fill.

From there I moved to immigration, they collected my yellow card here, I was instructed to write my final destination address at the back of the card, Baba asked for tip I told him “nothing Dey” and they let me go.

Boarded the plane to London, the food was alright and we landed heathrow around 4am and that’s when I came online and saw the ban update sad

At 11:45 am we boarded the connecting flight, food was also good. After about 8hrs we were in Toronto. Used the machine to scan my passport and filled some information and a slip was printed out. Walked over to fort immigration check, the asked what food items I brought and I listed them asked if Toronto was my final stop, told him will be going to Saskatoon in January for school proper and I was directed to the place where I’d get my study permit.

Study permit didn’t take long, was only asked for the school I was attending and letter of admission which I submitted, it was checked and I was issued a study permit after which I was directed to public health for quarantine matters based on the new COVID update.

Anyways, I’m isolating now can’t wait for the result to be out so I can carry on with my life.

Sleep don full my eyes
