Please it is not true... As long as your refusal is not because u forger a document. What concerns school about been denied visiting visa. Even if you were denied study visa from another school, it does not stop you from applying to another school. Take care and dont let people decide your fate.

Please when your wife did her TB test. What was her option on her certificate... Is it student without scholarship or settlement and dependant visa

Please i wanted to do TB test for my wife today as my dependant. Which of the options would i chose on the TB form since there is no student dependant option. The closest i saw was settlement and dependant which i selected since it is d only one. Other options include student without scholarship, student with scholarship etc.... Please am i on d right track for her?

If you have funds in YOUR own account too, that’s fine. Submit your own bank statement as well.

1. My wife wants to apply for dependant visa and i got an information that apart from her own maintainance fee that must be submited, i must also submit my own statement of bank account too.
2. If i dont want want to submit my own statement of bank account, she must wait for three months before applying.
She has her own 6120 pounds which is in her account as she started counting on friday. Is it complusory i submit my own bank statement since i would be in d uk and i wont be able to send it to her after 28 days.
Note: her 6120 pounds is in her account not mine

## For number 3...i am not a pro at visa related issues oh but my friend was denied visa because of his address on his bank statement not correlating with that of another document. He applied fr admin review nd after one month he got a decision saying that they accepted his appeal but they found anither reason to doubt his genuineness.
Anyways not to scare whoever raised this issue, u re different so ur case necessarily dont hv to end up like my friend's. Like alot of gurus will always say, keep ur fingers crossed nd keep believing God

Thanks to everyone who have answered my question. Please i have two issues with my application that i submitted and i would like to know if it would affect my application...

1. I did a change of name on 11 october 2011 and i have a court affidafit for it and news paper publication. I had a scanned copy too which is on my email. I missplaced d cour affidafit and news paper publication in a bus where i forgot my bag. November 2015 i had to do another one after my graduation to get my international passport. Now the problem is this? I sent d scanned copy to the school of the one i did in 2011 which i used to secure addmision. But where i went to appy for visa, the agent told me i cant use a photocopy of court affidavit and news paper to apply that i should use the one i did in 2015 since it bears the same name.
Now my question is this?
1. Would the school send all the change of name documents which i sent to them to the embassy?
2. Is court affidavit enough as a prove for a change of name?
ISSUE NO 2
My bank statement have a different address which is different from the one i have on my TB Tesst and also my permanent home address i used in applying for my visa.... Please does that really matter?

Hi Olumzy, if it's a standard application then I think it's the norm at the moment. The Ladies at UKEAS had students who had submitted for almost 2months and were yet to hear from UKVI and priority was taking more than one week. They advised me to pay for Super priority, which I did. I submitted and did biometrics on Wednesday the 22nd if August, got collection mail yesterday and picked up my Visa today. I'll advice people who are yet to apply to do so ASAP. And to use the SP visa service if they can afford it. I hope your VISA would be out soon though since you have waited this long already.

what do you think is the way forward now? I hap paid already before i knew about the piority stuff. I am to resume to school september 14. Do you think i still have hope?

I have bsc in estate management before and I finished with 2.90 in year 2015. Since year 2016 I have been learning and working with a producer of films. I decided to go for another BSC in Canada again in film making which would last four years. I applied already at university of Manitoba. Waiting For addmision. What is my chances of getting a visa for wanting to do another Bsc again. I don't want to apply for masters in film making because it is not related at all.
