Bros, pls I'll advice u to reduce ur premium to like 5k and try pay up to date for u not to be charged. When reducing, write to them so that u can get an endorsement for reduction to add to ur documents. With that, u can get all ur savings complete without any hassles.

Your fund is soo safe with us and am sure you are holding your document which shows clearly the plan you are doing and at what point you can surrender your policy.
Also we have a vibrant office in Abuja there that you can walk into and get the best service rendered to you. We have various platforms in different banks, in fact virtually every Nigerian bank that you can also pay through. There are lots I could keep on saying here, but some people will still want to convince you insurance is scam and all that, but it's something that when we really need it, it will be too late.. . Go ask anybody in nnpc about the plane crash that swallowed over 45 of their staffs, they will tell you the good story of Mutual benefits and Nigerian insurance.. . Ask staffs of tvc or Nigerian police that has lost 1 or 2 colleagues if we didn't keep to our own end of the agreement.. Imagine someone paying just 300,000(that's 50,000 for 6 months).and had an accident that made him permanently disabled, and we could give his family the 3,000,000 he was targeting to get at maturity.... do you know what relief that gave to his family.... This is just 1 out of the million claims both Mutual benefits life assurance and other Nigerian insurance company's pay on daily basis.. .. I have been in the industry for over 6 years and counting so I speak to you with utmost good faith. The new marketer also left without telling you. But what I don't get is the part where you were asked to terminate your Policy. Who asked you to terminate the Policy?
As a branded Company that Mutual Benefits Assurance is, you cannot lose from transacting with us, rather you get value for your patronage. You were misinformed along your Policy Period to terminate it, which will make you forfeit some benefits. Please understand that I'm not trying to confuse you with my assistance and advice, but please don't terminate your Policy.
You can redate the plan if it is lapsed.

I think I will have to terminate the policy with them considering this your kind of experience.
Please share update on any latest development so that I can follow your procedure.

I'll advice u continue paying ur premium and let it matures. Please read ur policy document again b4 making any decision. Don't say I didn't warn u.
Heaven knows everything is boldly written in ur document.
I don't know what it takes us to go through a document which is a contract agreement that will help to avoid any issue that may arise in future.
