I never knew Spaghetti stir fry is very easy to make Have always been a fan of Chinese dishes ever since I visited a Chinese restaurants few years ago. I have always thought the meals are so difficult to make; though I enjoy cooking but not in my dreams will I dare make a Chinese meal. Stir fry dishes originated from China and in recent centuries has spread into other parts of Asia and the West. How to make Chinese Stir Fry In my own opinion, Chinese stir fry is one of the easiest Chinese delicacies to make once you have the right ingredients. You will see why I said so when I show you how I made my Spaghetti stir fry. Basically, having the right mix of ingredients is key; but everything can still go wrong if you don't have the right recipe. Chinese Spaghetti Stir Fry Ingredients; There are some basic condiments that need to be present in your stir fry; however, you can still add your own ingredients or remove some to give a desired taste and aroma. Mixed pepper/Traffic light pepper Mange Tout Mushrooms Mixed Chili Cooked chicken breast Strips/pieces Broccoli Green beans Baby corns Onions Salt Oil Garlic Mixed vegetables (sweetcorn, peas, carrot etc.) Soy Sauce Maggi Directions on how to make Spaghetti Stir Fry My recipe is simple and easy…First thing is to prepare all the ingredients and condiments, basically all you do is cut or slice to desired shape. As seen in the images above, all the ingredients are already prepared. Before you start frying your vegetables, you should start boiling your spaghetti at the same time. You should boil the spaghetti for about 10 minutes; it can be more depending on the amount. Pour a little oil in the pot and let it get very hot Pour all the vegetables in the hot oil and stir for 5 minutes Pour the boiled spaghetti in and stir well Add the Maggi and dark soy sauce and stir again for 2 minutes Add any other ingredients you want to use i.e. sausages, boiled egg, chicken drumsticks etc... Leave to steam for 2-5 minute Serve hot Source: http://beautifulng.com/how-to-make-spaghetti-stir-fry/
