Finished from UNILAG or not, it doesn't matter at all but then if you intend to switch courses, check your eligibility for your proposed course of study.. Only then will you know if you can apply for a Masters program straight-up orrr you have to do a postgraduate diploma(pgd) first.. About having a professional certificate, just a plus.

As a graduate of Business Administration you will exempted of some stages. You will start from intermediate 2.
To register with CIPM, you can check their website for detailed information.
