Bororojo:Chai see beauty , goodness. This reminds me of a time I spent in Futa. Went to Labe and Dalaba, at night my friends and I thought we were seeing Jinns lol, coming from Conakry, it was uncommon to see so many beautiful chicks in one place. 1 Like |

CAMNEWTON4PRES:I know right and how many times has Goodluck complained about not gaining help from the U.S. in his fight against boko haram. This attitude won't never lead us to a better future. No matter how we see each other, the rest of world treats us the same. The question still remains, has Nigeria signed the document or not? It's still isn't clear. |

Interesting to see that Fulbe of Macina can understand all of us. I used to think it was the case for Senegal Fulbe. I would like to see a fulfulde language association at the image of the Turkish language association. They picked the Istanbul Turkish as the standard. 2 Likes |

Bororojo:Lol they must have been proud seeing him speak fulfulde as most politicians in Senegal prefer Wolof. I think you meant ligge which is the same as kuugal. |
Culture / Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by Omarbah: 5:49am On Dec 26, 2014 |
Man, the structure of Macina fulfulde and Fouta jallon is the same. Some of the words differ but it is the same structure. I don't know if macky Sall speaks the Futa toro dialect or not but his fulfulde is understandable. |

Bororojo:When Macy Sall speaks I undertsand it without trouble but when other Senegalese Fulbe speak it's hard for me to track it. Funny thing is they understand FJ fulfulde but we don't understand them. MACKY Sall speaks good fulfulde though with limited borrowed words. I think all of those loaned words like karamoke and mallam for teacher contribute in enriching our language but we definitely need a standard one. Do you think Massinakore is the "purest" of all? |
Culture / Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by Omarbah: 2:48am On Dec 26, 2014 |
Fulaman198:I find the Maasinankoore dialect similar to the one of Futa actually. Most of the Muslim families that settled there in the 16th and 17th century were from Macina. But I have to go with Futa Jallon. It's like a melody compared to others. 1 Like |

Bororojo:Or maybe both word were derived from the Arabic word suk. My must see cities in nigeria are sokoto, Kano and Yola. Too bad that those Fulbe in the northwest do not speak the language but that can change lol, I am an optimist. |
Culture / Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by Omarbah: 10:53pm On Dec 25, 2014 |
Bororojo:Yep they are quite adventurous. One of the reasons to it is due to colonialism. When the French took Futa, many were so hurt in their pride that they left for good. Others took their cattle and went to Sierra leone. It was so painful to watch their state being turned into some secular part of a colony. We need to organize a comeback by investing heavily in agriculture and textile. The vast majority of Fulbe in Gambia and Sierra leone come from Guinea. They are large in Senegal too. They went there with nothing and ended up building companies and setting up shops. But we still need to invest in Futa Jallon. Did you know there was a village named Sokotoro next to TImbo the ancient capital? According to some that's where the name Sokoto was derived from. |

Bororojo:He isn't the only one though, most Somalis on the net do it. They have two things that they brag about. Somali women having long hair and fair skin and enslaving Bantus. That's it. Regurgitating their past to feel better instead of facing problems. Some like Axum even create a fake history like appropriating themselves the Kush kingdom. Please, we know how to read Boy. 1 Like |

axum:Oh please your rant just shows your ignorance. First of all you are not behind the Kingdom of Kush, second of all you were not the first and only one in Africa to build Islamic states the Fulanis and Kanuris have done it too and have spread the religion more than you can ever dream of doing. If you were so strong how come east Africa is majority Christian? From the looks of it, those Muslims in west Africa have done more than you have. Third today you are lower than your former slaves. You should be busy rebuilding your state instead of spewing hatred on Bantus. You are ignorant Axum , I hope most Somalis are different otherwise there is no hope for your Somalia. They should just send you in Saudi arabia. You are a complete nuisance for East Africans. 2 Likes |

axum:Not just in Kenya, just type it in the Internet, I am not going to sully the post with such articles. Axum, of all people,in Africa right now you should be among the ones that remain quite, you have become a nuisance for Kenya. Their economy is hurt by the incessant attacks of your terrorist group. Looks like you haven't learned how to live in harmony yet. What baffles me is that unlike other Africans you have such an advantage. The language is the same, one ethnic group and almost everyone is Muslim but you can't get along. I guess bragging about your women brings you comfort. You got a job to do my friend. Your New Year's resolution should be trying to better Somalia. 1 Like |

axum:Fulanis are nomads and thus were not victims of the shave trade like our neighbors. Yes there were a couple caught here and there but never on massive scale. It is funny that you are proud of having enslaved souther eastern Africans. There is no pride in ensalving people. But those former slaves of yours have better states and have advanced more than you have. Last time I checked, no Kenyan was running to Somalia it is the other way around. Hell Somali girls work in brothels in Nairobi and satisfy those same Bantus you hate so much. Who is on top now 2 Likes |

axum:Learn to read. IF and only IF a man wants long hair and light skin, white women are there for it. Now if you want to stick to sisters, they come in all shapes and skin tone. Basically I am telling you, you can keep Somali chicks if you want. They are ORDINARY. |

axum:Colorful my friend, they come in all shapes and skin tone. On the other hand, if a man was looking for light skin and long hair, white women are there for it. I am a Pullo(Fulani) not a Bantu. Please read some history and geography, it hurts me to see you embarrass yourself like this. 1 Like |

axum:I would like to believe Somali women do not use weaves as I hate them but from what you have posted, it clearly shows that just like other women including whites, they put weaves on too. I know what henna is, every ethnic group that lived in Sahel know what it is. Still, those two girls have weaves on. For the last time, Somali women do not have anything extraordinary. 1 Like |

Her hair is yellowish and then reddish at the end due to dye according to you. Lol you don't hand out with girls period which is why you are so into proving to folks on nairaland that Somali women are on top of world. You don't think companies that make weave can dye then too? Here is a girl that has a similar one with red at the end.

they do have straight hair but like I said, those sisters you posted do use weaves. Even white women that have long hair use weaves. I guess my point is,mothers is nothing extraordinary about Somali women. They are just females, that's it. |
