Gombe Fulfulde is similar to Fouta Djallon Pular from Guinea and Fuladu Pular in Gambia. So I can understand why you do better with it. Sokoto Fulfulde is similar to Maasinakoore and Fulfulde spoken in Benin (Dahomey).

All in all, Eastern Fulfulde also sometimes referred to as Adamawaare or Fombina fulfulde (spoken in Eastern Niger, North Eastern Nigeria, Chad, Northern Cameroon, Central African republic and Sudan) has its own flavour.
I wonder why Gombe fulfulde is similar to the one of Futa Jallon . Do you have any theory on it?

The Mboscuda is the equilvalent of the "Mi yetti Allah" association in Nigeria.

Btw, could you understand the Adamawa fulfulde in the video?
About 50% of it lol. I am rather better with Gombe fulfulde.

Why the hell would you think that we talk about Bantus in family meetings? We just don't bow down to anyone or think of ourselves to be lower than anyone else. We do not apologise for being Somali.

You've never seen a Somali in person and it makes me wonder how you have so much to say about us. The prejudice and unreasonable hate is really strong here.
Be proud of being a Somali, I certainly do not have a problem with it. I actually like to see black folks that are proud of their culture.
It's not about me hating Somalis but then hating other Africans, get it right.
Somalis, North Sudanese, quite easy to find them. I am Muslim and I go to the mosque often, everyday during Ramadan. You can observe people. The best way to learn their ways is listen to the kids. They usually repeat what parents say.
Culture / Re: Somalis, Ethiopians, Eritreans Are Superior by Omarbah: 6:17am On Mar 29, 2015

Apart from Cameroon and Nigeria, those countries barely surpass Somalia and when you count Niger, Guinea-Bissau, Burkina Faso, CAR, Togo, Chad and the others, things do not look very bright.
But anyway that's beside the point, your people were insulted by Kenyanlady and co and you somehow managed to flick the argument to Ajuran and Somalis, it still doesn't justify mocking poor people.

I've identified Ajuran on at least 10 forums (biodiversity and stormfront included), this individual has caused a lot of damage and we are well aware of that... Btw if I remember correctly, according to Borojo and Fulaman, the superiority complex is not uniquely a Somali thing. It is pretty common among Fulanis too.

Take your argument to Kenyanlady or Ajuran or whichever one you prefer. We want none of it.
Not so fast , where do you leave Senegal ,Mali, Burkina Faso and even Guinea that have a higher GDP (PPP) than Somalia?
You are right, that is besides the point. I did slip with those pictures and that's my bad. Once again, I am sorry for those pictures.
But you must know that we can't let people here disrespecting us without reacting.
On forums people can disguise themselves. I believe kenyanlady is a fake Kenyan. And I act on that. Ajuran says louder what most Somalis say behind close doors, in family meetings. We know how y'all be. Don't be trying to cover up.
Anyways, I do apologize once again for those pictures. I hope you accept it this time.

Not even the Kenyans on this forum can dispute her Bantu-ness yet a Nigerian who knows little about the ethnicities in Kenya thinks just because not a lot of Kenyans talk like that is a good enough reason to make fun of people who've lost everything except their lives... I call that bullshxt! Funny how you ignored the other Kenyans who were posting on this thread in the last few pages.
Tell me which Somalis have filled the internet with talks of supremacy other than Ajuran and his 1000 usernames?

If you were replying back to Ajuran, I wouldn't have a problem with it but this Kenyan buttlicking at the expense of poor refugees is not funny. Since we're talking about poor people, maybe you would like to explain why most Fulani inhabited countries are poorer than Somalia, a country that has been in a brutal civil war and has been without a legitimate government for the most part of the last 24 years.

Apology not accepted, brush off the huge chip on your shoulders first.
And what countries are you referring to? Whether it be Guinea, Senegal, Mali , Nigeria or Cameroon, all of those countries where there is an important Fulani population surpass Somalia. Now if you count our diaspora, we do fairly well in countries like Angola, France or USA.
We have our problems and Fulanis are the first to acknowledge them. You don't see us on the internet insulting other black people.
The internet goes beyond nairaland, you are going to tell me that Axum is on all these black/African forum insulting , denigrating other Africans and posing as a Somali, Ethiopian, Eritrean etc... It is common with you people. You hate other black people and wish you were not included in the same group. Before you start shoving that superiority complex, you should look into the situation of your people first. And by "you" I mean, horners.
Nigerians have the most number of billionaires on the continent, the biggest economy and yet have you visited the political section recently? Nobody is more critical of Nigeria than Nigerians, the same goes for other west Africans. You don't see us on the net, shitting on other Africans. If there is anyone I hate the most on this planet than a white supremacist it certainly is a Negro trying to show us the superiority of his people.

Totally agree, or atleast show courtesy to the hosts. The inferiority complex is not as complicated as it seems. When one has nothing to show pertaining to archievement they naturally start clutching at straws, looks in this instance. For a Somalian, looks, non conformity and religion is all they have thus they over emphasis on such matters. You can't fix them. wink wink
They have looks that aren't unique and a religion that they share with 1.3 billion people or so including myself. Other black people have done much more in spreading Islam than they have so they can't even shove that one on people.
But you are right. They want attention. I am glad though that I have met so many of them on these websites. Next time I see one in real life, I will be careful around them. The back biting must be real wink.

He is the Somalian lowlife Axum. You are absolutely right about their claims. Which other Africans display such a massive inferiority complex? grin
Reread my comment, I had made a mistake but I think you understood my point.
Anyway, I don't know why other Africans would show an inferiority complex unless they don't know history.
Instead of spewing hatred on nigerian and other African forums, I think they should be busy rebuilding their homeland.

I do not think she is kenyan or should I say a Kenyan bantu. I have never seen a Kenyan talk about supremacy of their people. On the other hand, Somalis have filled up the internet with such claims. I am sorry if you do not subscribe to their ideas but people have to defend their own. We cant let them come here insult us like this.

Yah the new Pullo bro YonkijiSappo wants to know if you consider them Fulani.

Did you understand the Adamaawaare that he wrote when he introduced himself and spoke of his mother and father?
Yes I did. From listening to the music and watching some movies from Adamawa, I am getting used to the dialect.
So Daada is mother, and Baaba is dad. For us, Nene or biro or youmma( Arab origin) is used for Mother and Baaba or Baben( more respectful form) is used for father.

People believe what they want to. There is nothing that proves these children were murdered by herdsmen. If anyone has proof , please enlighten us.
Those using this image to spew hatred are only showing how much they hate fulanis. How convenient to jump on this occasion to indult them. Others are shamelessly making this political.
One thing is always odd about these supposedly Fulani attacks , they never show you culprits nor the proof of their accusations.
We all know in what part of the country human sacrifices are made.

Thanks the fulani are one of the most interesting people to me one more question if you don't mind me asking but what exactly are the fulanis pre-Islamic beliefs and is there any groups of fulani who still practice those beliefs.
Before Islam, fulani pastoralists practiced an initiation called Kumen and whenever they gave sacrifices, they would to do to ask Geno( the Eternel, GOD in the fulani culture) a favor. There was a sort of priest in each fulani camp that was initiated to interpret signs and advise de Ardo( head of the camp) on what they are supposed to do to keep themselves and the cattle safe.
Kumen was a sort of boyscout thing with a touch of spiritualism. One would study how to care for the milk, how to properly make an altar, what are the different tools that one will need, how to interpret signs from nature etc...The Pullo( fulani child) would learn the different clans of fulani, what is their significance, how a cow of a certain fur texture is different from others.
As Fulanis started settling they embraced Islam. The first ones to do so were those of Tekrur, a state that existed in Northern Senegal around the end of the first millenium. Pastoral fulanis were progressively converted by their brothers through peace or wars as did Seku Ahmadu.
Islam brought more peace and cohesion among fulanis. It is a people that loved fighting...way too much lol.

I don't know if I know of anymore songs about him. Unfortunately my brother, there are many heroes worldwide that are never heard of due to the region we are from and the fact that most people never see Africans as heroes.

Since Fulani people are disrespected in this country, no one ever speaks well about us, so only we recognise our own for their great deeds. There are far too many unsung heroes in this world and I pray that Jomiraawo protects them and their own. I pray that their offspring will be as great or greater than them.
I think it is more like hatred that folks have toward fulanis, not just in Nigeria. Some would call a Pullo racist just for speaking his language lol
In Guinea for example, in a gathering of Guineans unless the majority of people are fulbe, if you put a fulani song on, you can notice how uneasy others get. But when they put one of their songs on, they expect you to enjoy and when you don't, you are called racist lol .
They call us mean, greedy, stingy, I mean all sort of names. Which is why our motto is, only a Pullo can help another Pullo.
