1. how do i get a social insurance number?
2. what sim card works in both manitoba and ontario with good data plans?
3. Is there anyone that cooks nigerian food here in winnipeg

1. Call the service Canada office in Winnipeg to schedule an appointment or if you can do it online.
2. If you schooled in Ontario, your number sim should work if is Canada wide, except you want to change your number. Koodo, , fido, Roger's are good.
3. Yes. There are restuarant you can order on skip the dish or cafeterias who do privately.
