grading system is based on a scale of 1 to 4, where 1 is the maximum grade.
Your degree grade has been converted according to the set guidelines of the Central
Office for Foreign Education (Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen - ZAB) using
the Modifizierte Bayerische Formel:
Nmax - Nd
-------------------- * 3 + 1
Nmax - Nmin
The conversion was carried out using the standard maximum mark (Nmax=5) and the
lowest pass mark (Nmin=1) applicable at the university where you obtained your degree,
as well as your final mark (Nd=2,43).
pls i want to understand somthing... is the reason stated only about english or it include the grade too?

You don't need to send motivation letter by post, simply upload unto the portal. Make sure you write the school/course you're applying for on the motivation letter so that Uniassist can forward it appropriately.
If youre applying via Uniassist then you don't send your docs to the school but to Uniassist.

Pls I have a question..... have submitted my documents to uniassist with a motivation letter for d course I applied for b4 ... now I want to apply for another. Does it mean am going to write anoda motivational letter for this course and send it also to uniassist or hw do I go about it. However is it necessary to always send copies of document to d schools to when they write on there website application is by uniassist alone.

Everyone having issues with Uniassist should try contacting them. Either use the contact form or email or call them. Quote your Uniassist applicant number when contacting them and they'll respond faster.

Bro I was having same issue when I wanted to pay mine..it was someone in Germany that helped me pay it by bank transfer and I think that is the only way u can if u are having issues

Have tried all ... from phone to laptop to even tablets set using all sort of browsers.. it's still d same. I can give u my username and password self to try out as well.

Those having issue with payment on uniassist, have you tried using a laptop or desktop browser, because it is possible your phone browser may not support the payment platform.. I'm just saying my own, it will be ideal you make use of a computer system because it doesn't make sense to me where some of us can make this payment both on phone and laptop while others cannot...

Have not been able to resolve it till now. I only had to tell a frnd to help pay d fee via bank transfer payment in Germany and yet d fee hvnt reflect on myassist portal

This is the exact issue I hv been facing since 3 weeks now. I can check my post since to c my complains here on it ... also complain to uniassist via contact form and was told they will work on it. Since nothing significant as been done instead was faced with another issue.

I mean via bank transfer payment ooo not via card payment how ever it so frustrating as I have been trying to make payment for d past 3 weeks now via my assist platform but am not able to cus d site isn't directing me to the payment platform. You need your passport to apply via paper route. You can use the online route instead, that doesn't require you submitting a passport.

i applied on 27th sept via paper route and submitted my passport along side. along the line i linked it online. got rejected on oct 25th. now i hv prepared the necessary document to reapply and want to reapply. pls can i reapply without my passport via paper route again cus it hasnt been retured yet or do i apply via online route

And i dont know why i am the only one facing the challenges of this new uniassist platform the inability to be directed to the payment platform for me to pay my fees. it has rili been makeing me sad as i dont know how to go about it again. pls does any1 knws if i can go to any bank to do a bank transfer to uniassist account and how long it takes to be processed and reflected on myassist page

For those asking about paying €75 again instead of €30 on Uniassist

"Finally called uni assist and they said the the same payment for the subsequent applications remains 30 euro. That we should neglect the 75 euro Dia. Meanwhile the 75 euro must be paid in instead of 30euro.then u can be splitting it with verious applications. Furthermore if u decide not to use all 75 euro u will be refunded the balance of 45. I hope iv done well my ppl"

I was refused on 25th Oct based on
- family ties in Canada and home country
- purpose of visit

Applied via paper route tho and my passport submitted alongside
My questions are :
1. How do i tackle the 1st reason been given as I do not have any family ties in Canada
2. Can I reapply immediately without requesting for gcms note as I felt d above mentioned reasons seems straight forward enough and again school resumes in Jan and no more time to delay. How possible is it without my passport at hand . Should I wait till it's been returned b4 I reapply so that I can include it in my application.

Why not contact uniassist via their contact form and explain your challenges to them. On the new portal you see this *question mark* sign on the same heading where u see ur username and applicant number... Just click on the question mark and choose the suitable form for contact....

Hello gurus in the house
Am trying to apply via the new platform "My assist" and on getting to payments it's still shows 75€ instead of 30 € because I have applied for a course before this summer on the old platform and have paid 75€. And have registered on d new platform and gotten my old application number back on d new platform buh d previous application on d old platform isn't showin on the new platform. Does it mean am going to pay 75€ again
Pls I need clarifications
