They are the ones who have abused the 'eating out' culture, but cool down when they are in their 30s after they realise the need for
self-dignity and self-respect.

So we should wait for them to get to thirty b4 they get sense and be content with waht they have.

Family / Re: My Husband Or My Figure? by onax: 10:20am On Feb 14, 2009
well sara j,
you might just hav to give up that beauty figure 8. casue in the long run its not so much what others on the outside think of you, but he who lives, eats and sleeps with you. Why not return to your former size; see what happens; as in , how he reacts.

Then you can then objectively know what he wants, see if you are up to it, then make your decision whether to compromise a little or bail out.

As in by taking matters into their own hand, especially those trigger-happy ones.

@ greenman,
try shut up if you don' tknow what is going on. I you had read through at least most of the posts without bias you would at least understand why people are of their own individual opinions.

Well as for those not in favouf of an igbo vc, i think, at this time, that is a good motion.
How would you have a university that has been in existence in a land for at least 35years, and no one from there(in this case, the binis) has held such a key role. To me i that is pathetic.

Anyways, if the edo people allow it, it s all good, Edo no be my pap land, na place wey i just dey temporarily till i commot for

Come to thiink of it, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE DAY AND IBO MAN(OR WOMAN) BECOMES GOVERNOR OF LAGOS, Wouldn't you like that too?

Lets do a statistics;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;All in favour, say AYE!

@ honerico1
I followed your posts on this thread and man i agree with you all the way.

@ Earthma (sorry if i got that wrongly)
Its not just about tribalism but this is pure discrimination to the Edo people. not speaking from a bias view. I'm Deltan not Edo and this year would be my fourth year as a student in Uniben.
If you check through the top shots, as in lecturers and profs and people in admin(I'm speaking generally now) you'll find quite a large populace of igbo people.
, and don't tell me they got there by merit. Nwanze was very instrumental in bringing and ensuring the rise of many igbos; more above the edo indigene lecturers and staffs in the school.

and as for those people praising Nwanze so much, let them first ask why he was busy fooling outsiders with the beauty of external gates, when the uniben hostre in a mess. As i write this, my department has no class. We receive our lectures in labs, thats crap, thank God, by His grace i'm leaving there this year.

let them also ask him about the not well accounted money of over 150million naira that made staffs to go on strike for a week last year 2nd semester.

igbos are flooding a vicinity that is supposed to be dominantly Edos. Its not tribalsim, but how Nigeria is. If an o would become VC,, why not just let them become state governor of Lagos.

I'm sure all yourubas in the house go shout one time "NEVER", and at this stage of our democracy,,, i agree with them.

, So, an Igbo VC in the great University Of Benin:::::::::::::::::: Definately not a very bright idea, And I frown against such motion angry

@ akym
i'm really surprised that a bank woulld give you a loan when you don't have a business plan, let alone even an idea of what you want to do with their money. Anyways, if you still ain't sure what you want to do with the money by the time it arrives, try investing it into Trust Fund or Equity management like IBTC or aims.

Ibtc policy is a minimum of #50000. Hey!! but with #500000, i don't think you hava any problem,

, Sure beats investing in the stock market right now, or something you don't know.

Whatever survey site you sign up with,,,just use a proxy , a very good one at that.

Never let them know you are anywhere from Africa, especially Nigeria.
, the rest is the pretty tricky part.

anyways try www.indirectconnection.com for free instant use non-downloadable proxy

all these buz about orderbay.com,,,i'm checking it out now.
Hey, this isn't so tite, even fastecash.com offers similar services, but for a much lower cost.

As for me all this hype about orderbay.com just seems to be over rated. Anyways i stand to be corrected.
