Hahahahaa

each time u comment it becomes very clear that a pig is commenting.lol

The question is do u have a state? If u call that hellfire a state then u are really deceiving urself just to feel good.lol

But I will always be here to dash ur hopes. Ur state is the sore of nigeria. There is no single development happening in ur state. I have consistently made it clear to u that ur state is the hellfire of nigeria with a very dirty environment and worst set of roads in nigeria. U should be vrry ashamed for coming from that state..lol

Ur gov was tied at okija shrine so there is no way ur state can move forward. A tour round ur state shows a state on its kneels begging for help. Ur state has been so unlucky since 1999. Go and elect a gov first because u have got none. Ur state is the worst in nigeria because pictures dont lie..lol

like as I said it will take ur piggery state at least 200 yrs to get to where Anambra is right now.

B2mario:
.

Chinonso do you know why i don't normally get annoyed with your words is because i know your conditions, you have psychical problem and you are sunk with over love of your state and this is why you always hide the truth.

I've seen you countless times comparing your state with Delta, Enugu and Imo saying that your state is better while every right thinking person knows the true state of things.

You and i know that Orji Uzor kalu was very active during his own time as a gov, he set the pace for other govs to follow suit and his works till today surpass that of Mbadinuju and Obi's works put together, during OUK regime Abia was turned into conventional Mecca for nigerians, and this earned him the name; ACTION GOV. Everybody knows that before inception of this recent democracy(ie the 3rd or 4th republic) there was virtually no road in the whole of Abia state even the ones that was worked by Gov. Ndubuisi Kanu, Dee Sam Mbakwe, and Amadi Ikwechegh all became deplorable. But OUK rehabilitated all of them and initiated new ones, he planned and built Aguiyi Irons/Govt layout which also added more pride to Umuahia today, he built roads in bende his hometown, Arochukwu, Azumiri, Akwaete, Abiriba(which earned the town, the name, SMALL LONDON), he built many roads in Aba and Umuahia, initiated many estate like the Ehimiri housing estate, Agbama housing estate and garden estate. He gave free education, initiated the Azumiri seaport and Abia Airport but was stopped by Obasanjo.

Today TA. Orji is working but the problem is that his works centered on Umuahia his hometown and within. But atleast, he's making sure that all parts of Abia state are neat. He has initiated more that 10 new housing estates in and around Umuahia, built triplet new modern secretariat, built new conference center which is bigger than that of Owerri, built healthcenters, new federal high court, modern state e-library, 3 ultra modern markets, schools, new ultra-modern govt house which is ongoing, and many other ongoing projects. But his problem is that all these are centered in Umuahia.

Let me not deviate from the bond of contention. Why my beloved state is seen as the worst state in Nigeria today is due to the fact that it is in borne in all Abians to criticise their govt whenever they notice slight deviation. If Obi managed to be Abia gov he would have been crucified by now. Another thing is that we hardly praise or defend our own, you yourself know that we have been producing Nigerian giants starting from the era of slavery trade till now, we control all sectors of the nation economy starting from entertainment, commerce, industry and banking, it's only in Aba that ordinary tin can turn to can bomb. We supposed to be the LIGHT but you claimed it.

My people have contributed much to the growth and development of nigeria economy. But OBJ policies did support importation and they shifted their ideas to countries like Benin, Togo, Ghana, Ivory coast, Mali and Burkina Faso. They are controlling virtually all the sectors of economy of these countries. We are not proud and we don't make noise like you, whatever an Anambra man is and will be 2day Abia man has tested it back in 1940s.

Ask yourself why most of our cities have masterplans like that of Europeans, the answer is simply because we've interacted with them before their coming to Africa, check our traditional caps and raw-naked it's similar to theirs. We are the 1st to start wearing a suit-like traditional wears before the Ijaws copied and hijacked it from us.

Bro, not because we do criticise our state you think that your state is better.

It will take your state half a millennium to be like my state.

I said it 2 months ago that I saw a document to that effect concerning the ban. Now the new city cab is the first step to banning bikes soonest in our state..afterwards 98% of them are not from Anambra.

Stop dying in silence. We shall continue to lead in all facets of development.

Anambra is the most developed state east of the niger with 3 major cities that are being transformed to Dubai with world class infrastructures, malls, five star resorts, world trade center, Refinery, etc. We have the best road network in nigeria. We are carrying all parts of the state along for optimum develpment.

Your state is the least in the country with no govt presence. Your state is the most disorganized and dirtiest in the country with the worst roads nigeria can boast of. The pix are there. If there is hell then it must be ur state. Am not trying to run ur state down but just stating the obvious which every nigerian knows. Your state is chained under river, no wonder there is no single development taking place there since 1999. Your state is sore and a piggery state. Go and elect a human being first before u come here to talk because its obvious what is ruling u people is a goat.

Anambra is a model state and it will take ur state another 200yrs to get to our level. We are the light of the nation with best and brightest human capital Nigeria can boast of. You can live with those realities. Lol

Where are the pictures of the said projects? You have failed to upload the pics on Imo thread because they are non existent. Show us anything worth mentioning in Imo state today despite the fact that he borrowed over 200billion within 3years. Meanwhile your people are running to other states to invest.

See below the twin mansion in GRA Onitsha belonging to Orange drug your brother. cheesy

Abagworo:

If you follow me with regards to Okorocha( I guess he is the ORO which means house in Ikwerre) you will realise my constructive criticism. He has completed more than 200 schools for sure and maybe up to 300 by now. The only thing I have and will always criti ise him for is the deliberate neglect of Ohakims projects just to paint Ohakim black. That bridge is one of many Ohakims project he neglected. Ohakim however lied like Peter Obi that he already made full payment for those jobs and left billions in Imo state coffers. Story for amadioha.

Stop talking nonsense my friend. Anambra has its greater population resident in Anambra and also has more investment at home. Anywhere you see an Nnewi man be rest assured that he already had something invested back home. The major reason that made Anambra's population to be highest in the SE is because more people from other SE states and beyond tend to move to live and earn their living in Anambra.

Abagworo:

Anambra has the highest number of people outside their home State in Nigeria. They also have the highest value of investments outside their home State in Nigeria. The population is large from childbirth than migration just like we have in Imo State which might even be more populous if accurate census is done. We Imo/Anambra live at the core of Igboland and consist most of the Igbos likely to be encountered outside their States because of population pressure.

You are the one that should seek for good governance because after the mofo that is ruling you people borrowed over 200billion there is nothing anywhere in Imo to show for it..not road, not job etc. It does not stop your imo people from trooping to Anambra to live and earn a living. cool

We in Anambra have been experiencing the fresh air in good governance right from the time of Ngige to Obi and now technocrat Obiano. Please work hard to elect a sane person next year. You people deserve every pity you can get because your state has sunk over the years.

Abagworo:

Shut up. Anybody cannot live anywhere. There is a reason why more people are rushing to cities as Abuja, Lagos, PH, Onitsha, Ibadan, Kano, Warri, etc. There is a reason also why Lagos, Kano, Rivers and Anambra has the largest population. People follow money and not the other way round. There is equally a reason why Anambra is the most populous state east of the Niger. You go figure it out. cheesy

Abagworo:

But there are hundreds of thousands of Anambra people in Aba and probably no Ngwa man in Anambra. Anybody can live anywhere as we are in Nigeria.

The two cities are incomparable. Onitsha is London compare to the slum Aba. No wonder 1/4th of Imo state population has invaded Onitsha to live and earn their living. You can deal with that. grin grin

Abagworo:

The difference between Aba and Onitsha is that Onitsha people are satisfied living under poor Governance and bad roads while their Aba counterparts air their disgust. All roads leading to Onitsha main market are bad today but you wont see it all over the net unlike that of Ariaria.

Phoolish old man stop mentioning any part of Anambra in your tirade because we are ahead of you. Owerre is not livable because it is a town filled with prostitutes and decaying infrastructure.

This is just the beginning.

Abagworo:

There has never been a day Aba was more liveable than Enugu or Owerri. Even Umuahia is more livable. Aba has always been grouped with Onitsha. It has been more of dirty commercial city with overstretched infrastructure. It is still what it is without improvement in infrastructure thats all. Nothing can be done to make Aba like Owerri or Enugu as the population is much and they build Igbotic houses more than duplex. What is needed is just good roads and clean environment as well as transforming those lockup markets to shopping malls with clean and air-conditioned environment.

Politics / Re: Anambra light of the nation, eastern economy power house. by oneeast: 10:35pm On Dec 05, 2014
Aside that, Onitsha is one of the few most planned cities in Nigeria. Fegge particularly was designed alongside residential hoods in Paris. A look from the googleearth confirms it.

Cuche:

The town planning at Aba is superb but the neglect of that city is unimaginable. A look at the Street maps done under colonial administration showed it was far more planned than Onitsha no doubt. Most of the Streets at Aba are wide, long, and ran in neat parallels.
I don't understand what you mean by poor design of house. Are you saying Aba has finer houses than Onitsha? I beg to differ
Beyond Ngwa road, right hand side Ama mmuonwu are plenty buildings not fit for human. Aba is dirtier in all ramifications

You don't always get the point. Aba is the eyesore and 'hellfire' of Nigeria. There is no single good road in Aba. Aba is the dirtiest town in Nigeria. So when others are talking you do not have to talk because I usually see you as a pig just because you are from Abia. It is that bad. There is no room for comparison because Onitsha is more or less like New York compare to the slum called Aba cheesy

You do not have a governor what you have over there is a clown sitting in the government house. There is no single road that leads to Abia state that is good. Is it Aba-Ikotekpene or Ph road? We are not talking of the horrible and unmotorable inner roads in abia state.

My friend endeavor to elect a governor next year. Grow up and face reality.

Go through this thread below and tell me if there is any place worse than Aba and Abia state in Nigeria. grin grin

B2mario:

But till tomorrow Aba is better than Osha, yes Aba is having flood problem while generally your Osha lack inner street roads and city plan. 90% of roads and streets in Aba main are tarred while 70% of roads and streets in Osha are not tarred. Osha has poor design of house as compare to Aba and also dirty as compare to Aba, can we prove ourselves right/wrong by posting pictures of the 2cities?

There is no need to argue with you because you are lost already. I have consistently made it clear to you that there is no room for comparison. The entire Anambra from Awka to Onitsha to Nnewi is a complete construction site with roads, malls, resorts etc springing up. You can compare your state with some Boko Haram states because it is such state without governance that is fit to be compared to your state. You don't get it, there is no government in your state. Aba is more or less a 'hell fire', I don't mean to run your state down but that is just a fact.

B2mario:

Pls don't run this time around, I've not been to Awka for the past 2yrs but i was in Osha last Friday. So bro upload the pix of Awka your acclaimed Dubai of Africa let see. Or can we do picture comparison of Awka and Umuahia?

Infact, tomorrow I'm going to derail this thread with pictures of Umuahia.

We are advancing and we all know that is your frustration. Anambra's development is continuum that is why Obiano continued from where Obi stopped. Check all the projects in Anambra from roads to malls to 5 star resorts to oil/gas etc..it is all being continued from where the last administration stopped. Leave this thread alone, isn't it very clear your are not wanted?

Abagworo:

There is no war. You work yourself up over nothing and it pays you no good. All these years you have been Obi's media agent and I guess you believed so much in him. Obiano is barely some months in office, so I presume that if much was actually done, little will be left for Obiano to tackle. That Obiano is being praised today for tackling crime at Upper Iweka means Obibi could not do that in 8years. Peace

There is nothing to show in terms of real development even after Okorosha borrowed and wasted over 200billion. Imo thread is replete with the same old pictures from page one because there is nothing to show. There is no growth in the state. That was why nobody bothers to discuss anything here.

The Revenue Mobilization and Fiscal Allocation Commission [RMFAC] earlier this month raised alarm on the debt burden of some states in the Federation. The National Assembly has also raised the same alarm.
The Imo State Government has severally said that she has no loans taken since the inception if this administration. But during the budget presentation, for the 2013 budget, it became clear that Imo State government is heavily indebted.
The budget reveals that twenty two (22) billion naira loan was obtained by this administration in 2011, and sixty one (61) billion naira obtained in 2012. The government further seeks the approval of eighty one (81) billion naira loan for the coming 2013. These figures do not include the forty five (45) Billion naira loan obtained from Zenith Bank using the Local Government Area Allocations, as collateral.
If the State House of Assembly approves the budget, with the requested 81 billion naira loan for 2013, Imo would have taken a total of 211 Billion Naira loan in 2years of Rescue Mission administration.

This is a serious problem because it amounts to mortgaging the future of Imo Youths. When you add the allocation received by the administration during this period, you will start to wonder what Imo have to show for these enormous amounts of money.
We must all be cognizant of the fact that our primary source of income in Imo State Government still remains the revenue allocation from the Federation. As a matter of fact, Revenue allocation to Imo State contributes over 98% of Imo State’s income.
Revenue allocation on the other hand is totally dependent on the volatile world oil market. With new oil discoveries every day in other parts of the world, and the decision by the United States to exploit her oil reserves, the price of oil may eventually be on a permanent downward trend. What this means to Imo State is, may be, we may have put our state in a situation that she may not be able to get out from. To compound the problem, none of these monies had been used in income yielding projects and assets.

If there are no substantial increases in the allocation to Imo State, Imo may be unable to service these loans, while paying the salaries of its work force. Already we are bow experiencing the early stages of serious financial hardships. Employees of Imo State University Teaching Hospital claim that the last salary they received was the salary for the month of September. It is now almost the end of December, and most of the employees of the teaching hospital have yet to receive October salaries.
Furthermore, retired primary school teachers in the state are also claiming to have only received January and February pension checks. How do you expect a pensioner to survive without his or her pension check for almost 10 months of the year? The right to pension is a vested right and should not be tampered with.

As a well meaning Imo citizen, I appeal to the members of the House of Assembly to take a very serious and look close at the budget before passing it. An additional penny loan to the state’s debt profile may spell doom for Imo State and her people. A state that has less than 130 billion naira total income annually cannot survive with over 200 billion naira debt. Passing the budget with the inclusion of 81 billion naira loan approval to the executive will amount to giving the executive the choice of either servicing the loan and keep Imo State from defaulting or being able to pay salaries of employees. Knowing our governments, past experience tells me that the choice may be retrenchment.
Imo must be better, but Imo can only be better of we do not spend the future of our children today.
Imo can only remain better, if she is returned back to the hands of God.

Why are you always looking for trouble out of frustration and complex? What is your business with this thread and how we choose to showcase the overall development?

What is very clear is that Anambra is way ahead of your useless and backward state by far..either in infrastructural development, economic growth and individual growth. Onitsha is not all high-rise, there are different hoods of which number of duplexes in Onitsha is far more in number than the ones in entire Imo state. It is also very clear that at least 1/4th of Imo state population are living and earning their living in Anambra whereas there is no single Anambran living any where near Imo state.

It is also very clear that what Obi achieved within 8years will take all the leaders of your useless state Imo 100years to attempt. Why are you always jealous and heartbroken over the advancement of Anambra? What you keep showing on the Imo thread from page one is repetition of the same few shabby roads in Owerre with its ugly houses..

I have warned you never to comment on Anambra thread, stay far from us, we do not want you. Go to your Imo thread, or is it because everybody refused to comment on your thread because there is nothing to discuss? Your Imo state is backward and underdeveloped and it is not our fault, go and hold your criminal Okorosha and other crooks that leads you guys who has borrowed over 200 billion with nothing to show for it.

Let us compare the two states on these basis of real development and you will be ashamed on how backward your useless state is:

- Education

- Health

- Infrastructural development

- Job creation

- Industrialization

- Population

- etc

Abagworo:
My assessement. Upper Iweka has been transformed to a pleasant and safe area and being Eastern gateway is not a misplaced priority. Obiano is having a good start.

However beyond that, this thread is either showing people's Igbotic 4 storey buildings or village duplex or Nnewi people's hard earned industries. Government presence is really lacking in Anambra State and this is after Obi stayed 8 years with little to show.
