Federal or state governments have no business in meddling in education, really. Universities should be allowed to internally generate funds for salaries, renovations & constructions really. Osun State University did this & it worked beautifully till Aregbe's government scattered everything & set the school on the path of strikes & poor standards. So yes, the governments need to let go.
