Reggie234: As far as my area is concern (Ibafo), we have inadequate transformers, so even when there is supply for hours, majority of the environ wld nt hv light or hv a low voltage. So govt shld do more in d area of distribution. The canadian company Manitoba will solve dat problem wen dey finally unbundle PHCN.so govt really don't have much to do as regards distribution. |

crackhouse: This man sef. Why is he asking Nigerians whether power supply have improved? Or did he want to indirectly remind us of the increment so we can praise him as well? He should go and ask Otuoke people if he really want to know. As for my side, we had light only yesterday after more than 1wk of total darkness. However i suggest he should also ask Nigerians how EFCC is handling corruption and whether Min. Of. Works have repaired Benin-Ore Rd instead of this. Electricity is expensive everywhere in the world...we use power as if we are watages n dat has been our culture overtime |

But if I may ask? Why is it that every govt from 1999 till date have been using people from yoruba as an attack dog.obasanjo employed oluremi oyo, later femi fani kayode,Yar'adua later employed one adeniyi as his spokesman now GEJ employed both reuben abati n doyin okupe on similar job.seem yorubas are good as attacking dog? 2 Likes |

slimdiggi: She is very good i have to give her that but the problem is that the policies she is bringing are those for develop societies, nigeria is too corrupt, too complex, too traditional for those changes, you think those corrupt politicians will sit and watch their money fly into the wind? The IMF introduced most of these policies she's bringing i.e subsidy in the 80s,the asian tigers e.g thailand, malaysia adopted them and it worked for them but in Africa it failed for the same reason it is failing now: the society is too corrupt! Mind u, during OBJ's tenure too, d economy was growing and the impact was seen. Infact, i can tell u dt as hard as it seems dt time, it was the time dt most people were able to buy lands, build houses, get cars and even sustain small scale businesses.
