Please how is the adjustment of status documentation packaged? Do we have to fill and submit form I-765 along with the I-485 and other docs (affidavit of support and vaccination doc etc)? This is because i read that employment authorization card comes sometime during the wait period for green card and i read again that you can separately aaply for Employment authorization within the 90 days of landing....a bit confusing bro...please help throw more light...

Hello People, we just noticed that the DS-160 Confirmation no. on the K1 Visa interview appointment printout is the Old DS -160 confirmation no. the beneficiary used for his last B1/B2 Visa application. Is this anything to worry about or we have to contact the embassy so that this can be fixed to reflect the actual DS-160 confirmation no. filled and submitted for his K1 visa application?

Please what's the K1 packet? We have sent a mail to the embassy after we saw the status of application changed to ready on the US Embassy website. Only a generic response came same day, we have completed DS I-160, payed visa fees and scheduled the interview. Beneficiary will be taking his medical test later this week. Is there any need to contact the US embassy again for the K1 packet because we don't know exactly what other specific correspondence from the US embassy in Lagos is required before the visa interview which is already scheduled for 1st week of July 2019.

Do you mean to say both the petitioner and co-sponsor are filling I-134?, Cause am aware the petitioner completes I-134 but not sure of the Co-sponsor....

Hello good people, please we need to do joint sponsor as the petitioner's income is less than required, we know we have to complete affidavit of support which is a form and other supporting documentation. The question is that there are 2 forms for the affidavit of support on the USCIS website, I-134 & I-864, which one does the petitioner fill and which one does the joint/co sponsor fills? Dear Gurus here, please advice my cousin who is a K1 beneficiary. His petitioner/fiance has been contacted by NVC that her beneficiary's (fiancee's)document has been sent to Lagos embassy, we tracked it online (on US embassy website) and the message reads, ''Your case is in transit to the consular section''. Can he go ahead and pay the visa fees, complete his DS 160 and schedule his interview? 2) His Naija passport is expiring in 4 months, can he go ahead and schedule the interview with this passport while he arranges to renew the passport before the actual interview (he's considering doing this so that he doesn't have to wait till he renews his passport which will definitely eat into his waiting time and make him loose available dates). Urgent advice please.... and he's also scared of them rejecting his DS 160 when they see that the passport he used to complete it has less than 6 months validity...

I just need advise on what my chances are in getting a US visit visa (tourist) in Oct. 2013. I am 39 years and am single Nigerian male, work with an oil n gas coy in Naija here and I have travelled to France, UK, Netherlands, France and Canada within the last 4 years. The Canada trip was in July this year. All the trips were on vacation except my first france trip.

My coy. pays for my annual vacation and I earn about 340K Naira/Month, I was refused Canada visa in March this year due to the fact that I left out the reason for my trip but I re-applied and the visa was issued but my challenge is that when I was refused the Canada visa, I paid for the US tourist visa form and filled the form on-line but didn't submit it because when I was filling the form I got to a point where I was asked if I had been refused any visa within the last 1 year and I thought my Canada rejection will be a lowlight so I stopped before I re-applied for the Canada visa and luckily I was given.

if I now complete my US visa form again for October and re-apply, can it have any negative consequence on the outcome? I just sincerely want to visit the US and return back to my work. Urgent response required.
