Yes...there are filters of dat quality but one will need to check if it is a genuine one so dat u will not buy d fake one

@btifelaw, There are definitely filters that meet that standard. They are called advanced performance Oil filters.
The advanced performance oil filters use synthetic blend media, which leave your vehicle with cleaner oil and an engine that performs better and lasts longer. Some are available in Nigeria (On Jumia).
I got one for my 2008 Nissan Maxima. Performance has been bliss......

It can be used for 1 full year (Provided it is within the 15,000 miles claim), The claim is also when the oil is combined with a premium synthetic oil.
The only brand available on jumia is the Mobil 1 synthetic oil filter.
