It does just make sense. They simply ruined all the hype....no room for negotiation and they offered people different packages...so because I honestly said I used to earn 120k that's why they offered me same..I for just lie say na 200k or anyone can easily say so. Nawa for tex experts sha..I'm waiting to hear what their explanation would be when we resume.

1. Tek Exp portion of pension contrbtn.
2. Tek Exp Group Life Insurance
3. Employee compensatn act contribtn, industrial training fund, national housing fund.
4. HMO.

All these are plus to ur salary bt are non-cash benefits.

So ur salary is most likely to b subjected to tax nd ur portion of pension(8%

HMO is part of non-cash benefits plus other 3 categories according to d contract letter. Non-cash benefits are nt to b deducted frm either gross or net salary.
Moreso, d last line in d letter states dat monthly salary is subject to taxes nd other applicable statutory deductions(which i tink is ur own portion of pension contribution). If u add these two together, u wil of course get less than 15% but abv 10% depending on ur salary.

The working hours isn't 7am to 10pm....its a shift, 7am - 4pm, and 1pm -10pm, both timing has 1hr break, u only work 8hours evryday

I didnt say d working hrs is 7am -10pm. I only said in-between. Closing 10pm or resuming 7am at VI is expensive for those living on mainland. #GODISINCONTROL#

This 20% is much especially for those in billing nd sub wit d majority of d offer on d low side. Moreso, considering the working time in btw (7am - 10pm) nd many other expenses in lag. I jst pray nd hope there would b an improvement thereafter.

seriously I don't understand either. d procedure doesn't help any organization(in Nigeria) at all. it kills morale.

perhaps for support guys. I was told the call is still ongoing and will be done in batches. for billing and subscription, was also told it hasn't started.

I just placed a call to jobberman to ask abt situation of things particularly abt billing and subscription. i was told the calls are still ongoing and they are in batches. as for billing and subscription, not yet but very soon. how soon? the guy wasn't sure.
let's all be hopeful.

Hello all, I also got an offer from them, I am yet to accept though. The pay stated in their offer is the gross pay, and the break down is not detailed, meaning the take home after deductions will be less than what they offered.

Still giving it a thought, cos my current pay is more than the offer, though they seem to have a better structure and more organized and also opportunities for career growth is higher with them, but then a decision for a pay cut must be really worth it if am to accept the offer.

Congrats to others who got the offer too, and best of luck to those still expecting.

as for whether the interview is still on, I doubt because I was told it will b concluded today(Wednesday). however, u can still go there. am sure they will give u listening ears.

I took your advice. I just called them and they said since I applied for billing and subscription Customer service representative position, the company has put the recruitment on hold for now. That's only IT positions are been interviewed now.

my own advice is, try and go there and tell them that u received call but didn't get the followup mail for the interview. the billing and sub has been done on Monday because I applied for same and was interviewed.
While we were waiting for the test and interview to start, a guy came in and said the same thing about receiving call without mail, his claim was verified and he was told he will b attended to.
those guys are very friendly and welcoming. am sure they will listen to u. try ur luck bro.
