group507:

We are looking for lease contract with a registered company for the below trucks. The company must have an office and staffs that we can deal with regarding the trucks. The company must also have other trucks currently on their management.

I am also willing to sell any of the trucks for any buyer ready before I register them.

@group507

I believe the trucks would have long arrived, are they still available? If so, would you mind indicating at what price you'd be willing to sell the trucks?

hi all,

I'd like to know what the current charges are for the NSE trade alerts. Also, is it done per annum or on a monthly basis? I know there was a time when it rasied so much debate, however I never knew what the final outcome was.

@almondjoy

hmmmmmmmmm. .  . . .   I'm strangely truly confused. how come you tend to classify swimming with yoga? Ok, I'll assume I'm in the dark, maybe there's something about yoga that makes you really love it.

Of course your hair will get tangled while swimming, if it's waistlong. By the way, I thought ladies were the only ones who really bothered about such things

No offense cheesy cheesy

Bblak:

Voting for or against Etteh won't stop our corrupt leaders from embezzling money. If only its possible to vote all the corrupt leaders out of office then my candid vote would av bin Yes.But alas the reverse is the case.May God come to Nigeria's rescue. lipsrsealed

Anyways,i vote Against her

@Bblak

yes it's very possible to recall your representative at the house of assembly or senate. It's just due to our ignorance in Nigeria. We also have the constitutional right to tell our reps what to vote in the house and not follow the chant of their dirty, DIRTY, share the money party. Let's wake up to what's our right

She should go along with the system that selected her into power. Our opinions is what will sustain Nigeria

Infact I'm ashamed  cry and nearly too embarrassed that this is happening in my own dear Naija. So what will other naija guys abroad feel like doing?

This is nothing other than yahoo-yahoo in executive/ legislative offices. They should all be ashamed of themselves, because they send the likes of Ribadu in pursuit of church rats while the real culprits are there with them in the luxurious quarters of Abuja.

Can you imagine Such a big shame on the likes of OBJ! To even attempt to defend a corrupt officer is a shame on the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Thank God he's out of there. Good riddance to such hypocrisy, Nigerians now know better. He promised to step on toes but the only toes we saw him stepping on was the toes of innocent Nigerians who voted him in, expecting to recieve some empathy from the one who had been to prison once, but they say a leopard never changes its skin.

Next time, people like OBJ should learn from our current and able President Yar' Adua. At the very least if you can't beat them and don't want to join them, then stay quiet. To the best of my understanding, it seems Aso Rocks hasn't heard of any 628 million naira scandal. Or the man, as I am beginning to think might have something up his sleeve, reserving his judgement for last. They say "the biggest masquerade shows up last." OR SO WE ALL HOPE !!!

If Nigeria hasn't become a nation of "settle" your way to the top, then someone please get me enlightened! And we all expect the average "idiot" on uniform in our street to change ?? Maybe after the people in executive authority and legislative council have taken the lead.

Abacha judgement may not be far off after all, lets just keep our fingers crossed. In case they think Nigerians will permit all this nonsense to happen with our hard earned money, they should have some re-think.

Someone tell ettah, atteh or whatever her name, to stop disgracing this great nation. She should just pack her load and leave immediately. There's no room for hair dressers in our national assembly. We don't even want her resignation, she should just GOOOOOOO ,  ,  ,  ,  . . .
GO! GO!! Go!!!

well, I sure would like to know where the best pools are located in lagos. For me the pool should not only be very neat and well cared for, but it should be quite large.

It seems to me that the larger pools get less than their fair share of cleaning/ fresh water change. While the smaller pools, well just seem to be like child's play when swimming in them. Infact I got injured once while swimming underwater with my eyes shut. I hit my head on the pool wall before realising that I had gone across it.

However I "guess" small is better than none, and definitely better than "untended/ dirty". so if you know any good & large pool that's been hidden from our view please speak up. wink

Cheers  grin grin

@dada22
So u are trying to say u are the Don-DADA of swimming ehn!

Whats your advice for the newbies in the swimming business?

Anybody with some helpful advice?

I notice a lot of people dive wrongly into the pool

I noticed a lot of us associate swimming with thoughts of toying with death, it shouldn't be so. With careful preparation and all necessary precautions taken, swimming becomes fun rather than fear. Well if I couldn't swim myself, maybe I'd think likewise.

However, what it takes is a mind set on learning the art, with plenty of time reservation and one or two skilled swimmers at your side to give instructions and rescue if necessary.

Like Dada22 rightly pointed out you need to understand that no matter your skill level, never be extremely over-confident in water. Since swimming comes naturally once learned, good swimmers usually get carried away with the joy, fun and excitement of swimming. However you must always remember that unlike the land where you can easily relax aching muscles by sitting, the water has no such resting place, especially where natural water bodies are concerned. Always get out before you're too tired to move a limb

Well for diving, learn to do it the right way. Because doing it from a great height the wrong way could be disastrous. You definitely don't want to experience it, believe me. A perfect dive should be as straight or streamlined as possible, not having your belly impact the surface of the water. Your hands should go in first and your body follow in a straight line. If you feel the impact of the water on your belly it's an indication that you executed the dive wrongly

wow  shocked  shocked shocked !!! I guess I must stop now else  .  .  .

To those of you in the process of learning I wish you all the best. Perhaps one day we just might meet at a poolside.

Cheers  cool

Swimming is the greatest form of exercise /pleasure there is, it exercises virtually every muscle in your body. I just love it! I started swimming at the age of 10. It started with a deep love for water in which I had to overcome my personal fear, and all the rest followed from there.

For those wishing to learn to swim, you need to get yourself at peace with the water. Learn to relax when in water and try to stay balance as you afloat. The next step will be trying to move forward. The more natural and relaxed you make the process, the easier and faster it becomes.

However ensure that you learn in a pool, to prevent drowning. However if you like taking risks and feel you're up to it, be like me and learn from somewhere natural. (I didnt say beach OOooo . . . shocked shocked shocked)

Cheers cool
