Food / Re: Must We Always Finish The Food Before The Meat? by origami123: 6:00pm On Dec 22, 2014
I like doing equal portions for each bite. That way, all the goodness is always there.

Food / Re: If You Could Only Eat One Food For The Rest Of Your Life, What Would You Choose? by origami123: 2:44pm On Dec 22, 2014
Pounded Yam and Egusi Soup with large meat - not those small chunks that are just garnish. When I was in Canada I was stumped. Luckily in the US I can order from www.NigerianFoods.com.
Food / Re: Why Do We Need Food Scientists And Technologists? by origami123: 2:40pm On Dec 22, 2014
Food scientists and technologists are so important because the longer you can keep food healthy the more people you can feed. I work for a food company www.NigerianFoods.com that would not be able to get Nigerian foods to the US were it not for food scientists. Even Ola Ola pounded yam (that is not pounded) was cooked up (forgive the pun) by food scientists.

I think their role will only get bigger in the future.
Culture / Re: Some Unknown Facts About Igbos In America by origami123: 5:24am On Nov 14, 2013
I wonder if the Igbos in America from way back preserved their food culture.

Aside, survey for Nigerians in America (including Igbos here - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1iFItSrRtHfJgU91LmU2xr5D9uBb19O9DctRBx0D4JLM/viewform?pli=1&edit_requested=true)
