Mediocrity? Yes, I agree. But in some private and state-owned institutions that will still retain or even go bellow the 180 cut off mark. Most federal universities, the first generation ones especially, will raise the cut off mark.

The new ACJA says security agencies, with a warrant, can carry out an arrest of a search at any time of the day, even in the dead of the night. They can carry out an arrest on weekends and public holidays.

Any person watches yesterday's Politics Today on Channels TV would pity Ozekhome. He was taken to the cleaners and schooled by a junior lawyer, Jiti Ogunye. Ozekhome, a SAN, was quoting an old law on a national tv. Thank goodness Ogunye caught him.
On Kubanji Direct on Radio Continental this evening, Jiti Ogunye was commended by callers for his performance yesterday on Politics Today.
