It's takes some marketing strategy. I don't have a car lot but I have different car dealers that I work with. I usually sell at cheaper prices, there are lot of competitions out there so the only way to win and win big is to sell cheap and even at that I still make reasonable returns. I sometimes don't make my projected return on some vehicles but as long as I am breaking even I let go and sometimes I have more than my projected returns.
