Were you ever in NYC?...what year and for how long? For a city that never sleeps...and its population....NYC is not filthy. On rats... that's different. For yearsss that was a problem... more rats than people. The City used rat poison for rat control but that wasn't effective. Like a year or so ago... the City began using a new method.... bait that made the rats sterile. Since then the rat population has decreased significantly. Being on the streets all day I would see the rats prowling during the day... and when day turns to night... they come out in their numbers. I hardly see any now. So forget about that rat thing... that's in the past.

The crime capital of the world with the highest number of people locked up. A place where over 70% of workers are one paycheck away from living on the street. A place where if you ask Americans to pay cash for their houses 99.9% of them will become homeless tonight. A very dirty and smelling shithole where the media hide the truth from brainwashed Africans. America where people cant afford to pay college tuition fees for their kids. Where people are now working into their mid 70's to be able to pay their bills. America is a complete disaster. I will choose Sudan or Somalia

As a photographer he should back up what he is saying with HD photos. Just think he wants the world to know he is in NYC.... but he doesn't know he is embarrassing his boss by exposing the low mentality of people he has in such a sensitive position. If he wants to depict NYC as a dirty city then he should be out late at nights or very early in the morning when garbage is allowed out and streets and sidewalks cleaning rules are not enforced. About smelly... that I don't know about since raw garbage is not allowed out... everything including has to be bagged and tied. I can recognize the building with the pigeons on the stairs... that's the General Post Office Manhattan.... James A. Farley building. It's at a major transportation hub...Penn Station... and yes... the homeless are always hovering around there. Second day in NYC and he is passing judgement. About ghetto parts.... you would be in the ghetto and don't even know.
