It means they are being lazy to complete ur application within the established SLA

Not a refusal there are just some more confirmation on ur applications they can ask for further correspondence or they need to investigate further .... but fingers crossed

If you have UK account u can also buy and transfer to have cash bcus ur Naira card is uzless to you ... sme banks have stopped using naira ..while others allow u only abt 30 dollars which is not more than 10gbp na OYO will be ya case ....
